I have workers at my house that I have been providing lunch for. I have always loved Whoppers. I know people roll their eyes at Burger King. I haven't found a fast food burger place with chargrilled flavor. This morning I was trying to figure out what to buy and I wanted a Whopper. I lived in Iran. The best burger in the world was the first Whopper i ate when I came back to the great USA. Dave and the guys wanted a Bacon King. I had my usual Whopper, no mayo, heavy pickle and heavy onion. My Whopper was hit and delicious. It was prepared perfectly. 5/5 The Bacon King. Rivers were delicious and eaten in 4 to 5 bites because they were that good. Hate to see the extensive negative reviews given to Burger King. I have personally had some bad experiences in the past, primarily at the Arab location, but never the Huntsville location on Memorial Parkway. Recently, I was hungry for something different, so I gave Burger King another shot. I ordered a Bacon Whopper with fries. The fries were average, could have been more fresh, but the burger was actually incredible. It was nice and juicy, had plenty of bacon, and was done perfectly. The lady taking more order was super kind, the service while receiving my food was great, and it was super quick. The atmosphere of the location wasn't too bad either, few people were there but the inside was clean from the looks of it. I promise it is not as bad as people make it out to be, Burger King has stepped up their game in the past couple years. read more

Good was the customer service at the drive thru . Very friendly& attentive employees at this location. My order was correct and I didn't wait too long for it. I think the dining room is open, it's just very empty like every other FF joint here. The only ding I have is that my food wasn't hot (lukewarm at best). A good place to get a veggie burger. I don't ordinarily like fast eats but hunger won and there wasn't a long wait. read more

When I lived around the corner I would sometimes pop in to this BK for breakfast on the way into work. (That's been awhile.) Since Sister moved back to town and visits Mom 2x/week and I visit Mom, too, we've been to this BK twice as a group and both visits were just fine! Yesterday it was just Mom and me, and the drive through line was *not* long at all. I have not been to a fast food place in over 20 months, and almost forgot how they work. :) I think their dining room is closed. There was a sign on the ordering thingy stating "please be patient as we are short staffed." We had a $5 coupon for two whopper Jrs., 2 small fries, and 2 small drinks. I asked for plastic cutlery to cut the burger and make it easier for Mom to eat. In a matter of minutes we had everything we ordered *and* the cutlery, too. The fries were hot and delicious. The "small" drinks were more like medium-sized. Oh, and the 2 ladies working the "pay and pick up window" were friendly, were wearing masks and even wished us a nice day! Since I rarely go to a fast food drive through, I completely forgot about customizing the burgers; however, that's on me. Mom's burger had a lot of mayo., but she didn't mind. I'm sure we will be back to this BK, it's a good value, and easy in and out with, at least for us, friendly service! read more

the poor souls who work inside this Burger King don't have a single brain cell between them to rub together. we just sat and watched them stare at and shuffle around empty bags as if they were doing advanced calculus for 15 minutes while our single order of chicken fries sat in the window just waiting to be handed to us. my one year old looks less confused when he watches my husband do engineering homework. to be employed at this Burger King your IQ must be low enough that you can't keep your mouth shut and form a thought at the same time. I've had terrible experiences at Burger King, but this one definitely takes the cake. I ordered my food through the drive through and when I got home I realized my food was wrong. Went back to the restaurant and tried to get a refund in store. I had to wait almost 45 minutes for the refund... The attitude given by the store manager while this was going on seemed like I was inconveniencing them for their mistake. If I could give this Burger King an honest review it would be to tear it and down and put in something more useful for the community read more

This BK used to be a lot better back when the GM who currently runs Arbys in Madison now was here. This place was really dirty and the employees I do do not believe cared to be there. I give this 2 stars as my food was at least fresh although I had to wait 10 minutes for it. read more

Orders are sometimes wrong, the store is usually understaffed, and the lobby closes really early making the wait worse by only having access to drive-tru. A 20-30 minute wait is the norm. If you come here to eat prepare to wait a while. However, the staff are nice and many of the issues are not to be blamed on them. read more

Spent all this money on a remodel and can't seem to keep it clean. Bathrooms are filthy, 75% of the tables are dirty. Food always cold.

I pulled up to pay for my food just in time to witness the cashier taking some sort of liquid drug (orally, thank goodness). Fingers deep in her mouth and we made eye contact... She slurred her words when reading back my order. All while trying to use the very same mystery-drug-and-slobber-covered hand to collect my debit card. Simply put, I almost threw up. People in neighboring counties could feel my sickness through psychic anguish alone. It was an absolutely disgusting situation. All the other fast food joints close by were chock full of people. DO NOT GO HERE!!! First they messed up my order and I had to drive back to get what was missing. Sure people make mistakes.. BUT THERE WAS NOONE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH AND NOONE WAS IN THE RESTAURANT BESIDES ONE CUSTOMER. ^but they did try to compensate me by giving me a free milkshake on the go.. tried to apologize rudely^ second, their food was COLDDDD AND BLAND. it made me feel so bad trying to eat cold food. Been in contact with young female black manager with long ponytail twice now and she has the ABSOLUTE WORST attitude I have ever come in contact with. The worst. This Burger King is brand new as of a few weeks ago and it's sad the attitude and atmosphere it has. Too bad. I'll avoid this place for the sole reason that it seems like everyone is miserable there. Food is always good and hot! The staff is great!!!! They are consistent and even know my order when I pull in the parking lot!

They have improved much over time with a remodeled interior and the 100-flavors Coke machine. Now I can drink my beloved Coke Zero Lemon.

I only get to a Burger King a couple of times a year, but I was very impressed with the flavor of the hamburgers on this visit. I had the King Bacon, which is a really big burger with lots of bacon.
