Tonight my husband and I ordered food online from Burger King. When we arrived, we tried pulling into the right hand side lane only to see a closed sign in the middle of the lane, ironically there's a sign in between both lanes that reads: "Any lane any time". So my husband backed up to get into the left lane, luckily there was no other vehicle behind us. We get up to the first window and get our sauces and napkins, then pull up to the second window only to have the employee tell us to pull up ahead to wait for our food. We get our food after about 5 minutes. Drive home, begin eating our food and my husband takes a second bite of his burger and pulls out a long HAIR from his mouth! Disgusting!! Needless to say, we will not be returning to this Burger King. I wish I could give zero stars! read more

I order 2 things and only got one of my items, they were out of Dr.Pepper (and didn't tell me til i got to the window), and the one item i did get they messed up. I got the wraps and i get NO lettuce and NO tomato and SHREDDED cheese, when I say i got my food and the outside of my wrap was covered in sauce, there was lettuce on my food and it was a piece of cheese ripped up by hand. Very poor customer appreciation. They don't pay attention to what is going on in the restaurant. I'm just gonna be honest I am a transgender girl and the incident that happened today was unacceptable. I'm was ordering food and a hot beverage for my grandmother as it was snowing hard and she just got out of the hospital and I was getting my drink when I heard someone "yell" across the store in front of everyone some very obviously discriminatory words and called me the f word and in the process embarrassed me and their own girlfriends. The manager was standing right their and did nothing. To be honest I will probably choose drive through from now on. I stopped at this location for one thing, and one thing only.........a mocha frappe. I recently discovered this delightful drink at another location and I couldn't wait to get it again. I've had this drink at a few different locations now and this one was one of the best. It was just the right consistency and it was also one of the best priced. All of the places (but one) where I have gotten one of these drinks the price has been a total of 1.90. The price at this location was 1.90.....not a bad price for such a yummy drink. The consistency of this drink is like a slushie, it used to be an iced drink. I like the slushie consistency much better. I hope this drink will be available for along time.........my waistline might not agree. I went thru the drive thru and the gal that was taking money came out of the building and came to my car. I have no idea why she didn't just wait for me to hand it to her thru the drive thru window but it worked. Service was friendly and while not super fast it wasn't slow either. I went through the drive thru. I waited for probably 15 minutes after i paid. That was nothing compared to the horror that followed. I sucked something up through the straw of my drink. I pulled it out of my mouth and it was a fingernail................or toenail. not sure which. Done. Have had a few issues in the past but yesterday May 1 at 4:45PM was the last. Arrived with a coupon which the clerk did not know how to process. Had to have HELP. Told her it was for HERE. The next burger queen put everything in a bag. I told her that is was for here. She reached into the bag and put the sandwich on the try and THREW the fries onto the tray causing them to spill out of their box all over the tray. She handed me the tray. This is not the first time that I had such a lousy experience at this location but this is the first time I've ever been so turned off that I wanted to take the time to submit a review about Burger King in Ionia Michigan. I ordered my sandwiches at 7:58 p.m. and I did not get my sandwiches until 8:16 p.m. . so what did I order? You think that I ordered some type of a custom Burger King rib sandwich that they had to have flown in fresh from some distant land or maybe they had to go and kill the cow real quick and then packaged everything up or maybe they had to go and plant the onions and then let them grow and then Harvest them and then cut them up and put them on my sandwich. Or maybe they had to go and grow the wheat first and then pound the flower and then need the dough with their fingers . actually what I ordered was the 2 for $5 sandwich special with nothing custom. That was a chicken sandwich and a burger for $5. you know what it looked like it looked like nobody cares at all in that entire place or ever has about getting out of there within a reasonable amount of time. I was never told we're sorry about the wait sir or anything. when should you go to this location? If I was going to be an actor and I needed a resource to use for my inspiration and the movie and the role I was playing was about being filled with rage to the point of incineration... Ok, I live in Ionia and I hardly ever go to Burger King here because of the very poor service. Usually takes a very long time to get the food after you order. Today I decided to try it again and buy I can tell you that it was a mistake. Very rude drive thru person, Placed order, was told to pull up to the first drive thru window with no one else in drive thru, sat there over 5 mins. still nobody was there ( the sign at that window does state please pay here ) So anyway I just started calling them on the cell phone to see what was going on and the drive thru girl open the door with a nasty look on here face and waved me to the second window. As soon as I pulled up up to the second window I told her that I was told to pull up to the first window, and she said oh well sorry, but it was not sincere at all it was a discussed sorry. I also told here I was just calling on the phone to see what was going on, she didn't say a thing. The food is alright but the service and hospitality sucks.
