Holy cow...I don't leave bad reviews but this is nuts. I placed an online order through the app as I pulled into the parking lot. 2 cars in the driveway. Order processed at 12:36.... Got to drive through at 1246 - 10 min for 2 cars. Immediately I hear "can you hold?" (How busy could he be?). I said sure. Then he asked again. I affirmed. "But you didn't say anything." Why is he arguing with me about holding - just do your job. Eventually I tell him my online order. Seemed to confuse him. "They're still working on it"...4 mins later I get it. It was just a whopper meal that took 15 mins. Haven't eaten yet. Needed to vent. Edit: ate the whopper. Paid for a double and some add ons. Got a standard whopper. Lost $3. :/ read more

The absolute worst experience ever. After traveling for hours my daughter and I went to these locations drive thru and waited behind a car for 10 mins. They eventually drove off, and we pulled up only to be asked to hold on. Nice greeting then told to hold please. We held for 5 mins then asked if we could proceed and told to hold again. We waited another 5 mins and say someone come out the back door so we asked if he was a manager and if they were short staff he replied yes. I stated we been waiting for 10 mins and he said I'll get that fixed. Immediately the cashier came on the speaker and said, "what can I get for you" I then heard someone in the background say " and they can keep holding on for another 10 mins". We pulled off and looked in the restaurant only to see the entire staff standing by the registers laughing and talking. No customers nothing just employees being rude dismissing customers. I would request management to review their cameras and discuss the importance of customer service to all those working 12/21/25 from 7pm - 8pm. I guarantee they will see a decline in sales as its the fault of their staff keeping customers on hold for 10+ mins. Very unprofessional and rude causing me to never go or recommend this location again. Based on the previous review this place is a problem, and the District Manager needs to address it ASAP as the staff is disrupting the reputation of Burger King. Start with the staff from last night. Very unacceptable, being a professional, I'd write every person on that shift up especially the drive thru cashier and the staff hovering in the front by the registers clearly not taking their job or customers seriously. read more

What is the point of having a drive-thru on the app, if I have to come inside. Burger King at this location is severely understaffed. The staff failed to prepare a sandwich, only serving a bun with two grilled patties, no cheese, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, just mayo. I requested ketchup, but the staff member only gave me a maximum of two packets for two meals. Per manager, they are not allowed to give more than two packets of ketchup. read more

I set in the drive thru for almost five minutes waiting to give an order. No one ever took my order,and when I went to the actual pick up window.She told me to drive around again with cars behind me. Went thru the drive thru and ordered-mind you the young lady repeated the order correctly. Pulled up and paid for the order only to be told to pull forward and someone would bring out my order. You would think that means the order is going to be correct and fresh! That's an absolutely NOT.Both orders were wrong and on top of that given old bread and cold meat for $24 dollars. So I don't really eat fast food often other than breakfast. I stopped by for some french toast sticks & was going to go through the drive-thru but the line was a little long so I decided to go inside. Once inside no one greeted me at all but kept looking at me. About 3 mins after standing there she comes over & says "what are you picking up?" I proceeded to order & she says "oh you placing an order" then takes my order. She had assumed I was picking up an online order I'm guessing. After taking my order, she walks towards the drive-thru window to take someone else's order on the speaker. She then says "ugghhh this is so aggravating to have people in the drive-thru & inside" now I get it 100% that it could have been overwhelming. However, there were other employees that could've helped her or she could've simply kept the comment to herself or at least had waited until I left. It was rude & uncalled for. Especially saying I or no other customer did nothing wrong but use the two options they offer to order food. If you don't want to serve at inside & drive-thru, close one. This Burger King store has one of the worst customer service ever. Nothing compared to Chick-fil-A of course. I waited in line at the drive thru speaker to order so long that the car behind me start blowing it's horn. Without ordering, I drove up to the driveway window and informed the cashier that I've been waiting at the speaker for a long time and needed to order. She unpleasantly told me that they don't accept window orders and I had to drive back at the end of the line. Didn't even go the extra mile by letting me order and allowing for me to pull up and wait for it. Needless to say that I drove off and do not plan to come back. Besides serving quality food, customer service is the number one priority that a business should have and customers should come first. Horrible customer service from the manager on duty on down. We got to the location at 10:40am, before we could even order, the person on the speaker told us that it would be a 15-20 min wait, while they transitioned from breakfast to lunch. we waited 25 min, only to go back twice more to the speaker & they told us the same thing. I eventually asked to speak with a manager, an employee came to the back door and had a stare down. I asked if he was the manager, I was made aware that she had been the person on the speaker & he rudely closed the door. She said that we couldn't order because they weren't done frying the fish (that wasn't what we wanted to order. I asked for the info for the store manager, she stated that they didn't have one. I asked for their corporate info, she said she didn't have it. I asked for her name and she gave me Tisha (which I'm sure isn't the truth) new staff needed immediately!!! read more
