I haven't had a bbq spot in quite sometime, and I've started a new tradition of trying something new every week. As far as the location is concerned, it's a little to-go spot with a decent amount of parking, so that's cool--nothing crazy. I placed my order online and it was a very simple process picking up my food. Now for the food? Again, I haven't had bbq in little while, and I think it can be a bit troublesome to find a good spot. Pre ordered online and paid and tipped... apparently on the wrong website (mind you why do they have more than one website?) and was never notified... my husband waited in line for forever and was told that they have two websites and only one of them is in use. And I was never notified. Never offered any form of compensation and my husband was told that he would have to get back in that long line to order and would've had to wait even longer to get our food. I placed an order to be picked up on 7/4 arrived at 2:15 pm and was later told about 30 minutes after waiting that I ordered on the wrong site (squaresite) which I found the link on the facebook and they cancelled my order. While I did not get a notification for this cancellation I understand how refunds work and they are not immediate so I proceeded to order again as was told by a Montrez Grant on the correct site. After ordering and waiting about an hour and some I go to check on food and bring ID and card as requested since the order was a fairly large order. He then immediately looks at the card saying we gotta do better assuming the card is fake because it had a mastercard symbol on a debit card?????? IM CONFUSED. Never been a scammer, never been to this establishment, literally on vacation trying to get food for the 4th of July. it put such a bad taste in my mouth because of the raving reviews of the food but i would never know because they assume if you order a large order it will be disputed. 3 hours wasted, hungry kids, $500 spent and only screenshots that they cancelled/refunded our order. Please do better and actually learn REAL discernment cause this situation was straight BAD BUSINESS PERIOD. read more

TwinCookz has good quality BBQ. This is the only place that I've been to in Metro Atlanta area that has legit rib tips. The service is great, don't wait until the last hour to make up your mind. They usually run out of Ribs & Rib Tips. The sides however would be the only slight knock on this business. Personally I'm not a fan of any of the sides. Rating sides would be 4-5/10 at the most..The Holiday special 5lbs of Tips was amazing! read more

So I went back on a Saturday, ordered on ChowNow @1:20pm the app say that my order would be ready at 1:45. I got to TwinCookz at 2pm, yes they were busting but I know my order was ready. I walked to the window ask for my order with my name and it wasn't ready and they couldn't see my order just the payment $72. 15 minutes came by then the lady said it would be up and handed a beep. So I went outside to my car waited for another 25 minutes to get my food. I don't know if I'm done with them but it's taking too long. read more

My husband and daughter wanted to try BBQ today and selected Twin Smokers to try out. I was going to pass because I only saw pork options on the menu my daughter had sent to me (I don't eat pork). My husband calls me and says they've got bbq turkey ribs. The cashier recommended them and said they were good. Listen - this is the first time I had turkey ribs and it won't be my last! They were tender, flavorful, absolutely delicious. I had the mac and cheese plus cabbage as my sides. My husband it's a to-go spot; no seating inside, but it's clean. We'll be back! read more

My bro went here 1/23/2024 and got 2 bacon cheese burgers and 2 chicken and ribs plates with Mac and cheese and potatoe salad. They cook the ribs to perfection with the glaze sauce. Now if they would do the same to the chicken they will definitely win. The chicken was okay just seemed over cooked slightly. read more

Overall very very good, Mac has a nice smoked taste there baked beans are not overly sweet which is a good thing! My plate came with two types of bbq sauce Carolina Gold bbq and just plain bbq. Overall great experience, great customer service, great portions! read more

I was excited to try them after smelling the food while riding by yesterday. Today, we made an order for the family and upon picking up, a communication error occurred. They label orders based off of the credit card used to place an order as a heads up to those interested in ordering. There isn't an option to put in a name for the order when ordering through their website. So after some misunderstanding, I was finally able to get my order only to find out that there was an item missing. I wish they would've asked for the order number or the woman behind the counter would've paid closer attention to my phone as I was trying to show her my order. The taste was alright. The food wasn't fresh and looked to have been sitting for a while. Greens were too salty for my taste, mac wasn't creamy and chicken wasn't tender. I expected the food to be fresh as we came right near our estimated pick up time. I think maybe they had a rough time today as I had overheard there were items missing in other orders. read more
