What can you do, sometimes you just have to eat less than mediocre fast food while on a road trip. This Burger King seems incredibly busy but also lost. Drive thru was a hot mess, took forever and the food was super oily. Ordered a fish burger from here and mozzarella sticks. Both things were yucky and don't plan to be eating Burger King any time soon. A positive is that it's right on the exit while you are driving on highway 95. For convenience this is it. I would consider going across the street to chick-fil-a because this Burger King is out of almost anything you can imagine that you want to eat from here, they only have one sized drink and only 3 drinks to choose from. We waited 15-20 minutes for 2 burgers that had thicker slices of veggies than the burger itself, I had to go into the place to get the food after waiting in the drive thru and the lady at the window was very rude. Service was great and the food was fresh and hot. The server who brought my food out even used the phrase "You Rule" had me saying I absolutely do rule. Stopped here on 4/2/21 7:00am. Ordered a sausage, egg, cheese croissant, coffee and hash browns. In a word - DISGUSTING. There was no way that piece of sausage was cooked that morning. It was hard, dried out, cold and inedible. The coffee was absolutely terrible, completely undrinkable. I would bet the machine had never been cleaned out. The hash browns were inedible. They had a metallic taste and again, I'd bet the grease they were cooked in was over a year old, or more. I will say the staff was friendly and cordial. I was just driving thru. If I lived here, I'd think the owner of this place should be run out of town. Its obvious they only have business because of proximity to I-95. Where are the BK executives? Why don't they fire this owner? This guy is hurting an already damaged brand. It was enough that I'll NEVER patronize another Burger King anywhere. read more

I am disappointed in this location. I placed an order inside after waiting an extremely long period in the drive thru. The cashier took my order and walked off. I asked for a whopper and instead received an impossible whopper. I had to ask her to put gloves on before fixing my fries. At this point she got an attitude and haphazardly put food in bag. We are in a Pandemic and Burger King should take a more responsible approach when it comes to their patrons health. All employees should be wearing gloves when handling food. It also was EXTREMELY slow, so calling this Burger King "fast food" would be disrespecting other fast food joints. i would like to say that there were only three girls in there and i don't know where the hell the owner, supervisor, or manager was but these girls need HELP. someone, idk which higher up needs to go help them because obviously the lack of staffing doesn't fall on them, it falls on management. waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order, waited 30 minutes for our food to come out, at some point they asked us to pull up to the line. once the food came out, we asked for some zesty sauce, the girl told us she wasn't going to go back in and come back out with it. then we found out that our order was missing onion rings, chicken fries, AND the sauce we wanted extra of. five minutes after taking the food back (she took the bag back into the kitchen after handing it off to us) she brought the same bag back out to us, with our onion rings and chicken fries, and THREE different kinds of sauce. one cup of ranch, one of bbq, and one of sweet and sour. we had to pull up and go inside just to be given two cups of zesty. this was my husband's first and last time picking what we ate for dinner, because what the absolute hell caused them to take from 5:50-6:37 to get us out of their drive through. read more
