Second disappointment in a row. I'm a truck driver so I had to go in the lobby. All I ordered was an eggnormous breakfast burrito with bacon and sausage. I stood there and waited and watched as they served at least three cars in drive thru first. Then they finally gave me my order. As I started eating my burrito in my truck I realized they didn't put sausage in it. Nice easy on off location next to highway. Food is as you would expect from any Burger King where restaurant and restrooms are very clean and appears to be well managed which is not always the case with this chain. Used a $5 coupon on a meal for two (two junior whoppers, two fries and two cokes) which would be hard to beat anywhere. Three cheers for this super value read more

Most of the tables were dirty, trashes over flowing with a pool of pop underneath, they forgot some of our food, the pop machine was out of a bunch of flavors and gross, no straws, the womens bathroom was something out of a horror movie, almost every table in the play place area was also dirty, the stools in the play place area don't look like they've ever been cleaned. The food was fine but when we walked in, a boy who was handling the fries/register (without gloves) yelled to a kid in the back "I will literally shoot myself in the f*cking head if you don't put down more fries". We had no wait time but he still felt the need to come apologize to my partner and I for our wait implying that the boy he needlessly yelled at was to blame even though that kid was doing really well for being the only one doing anything. Then there was a lady who kept filling icecream cones and dumping the icecream in the top of the machine to mix it back in. Maybe that's not against policy but having managed a restaurant for a few years, that's a dangerous way to potentially contaminate food. Janelle the manager is a piece of work to say the least. Came through with my grandparents on a nice day trying to enjoy ourselves. We ordered three chicken sandwiches two of which were in meals. Come to find out it would take 8 mins for fresh cooked sandwiches which we waited maybe 4/5 mins. And somehow they were magically done. Biting into it finding it hard to even do so, we thought it would be a good idea to let them know and get a different sandwich since we were not pleased. Long story short Janelle was VERY short and VERY rude and could not help but be loud. This world is disgusting. I feel so sorry I recommended Burger King or even brought it up when we were trying to find somewhere to eat. We aren't even from midland . Service level left something to be desired. I realized after I paid that I forgot to tell them to make my son's happy meal burger "plain." I asked kindly if they could make the burger plain and they said it was already made, but they could scrape it off. I apologized and asked if they could remake it and the worker said "no." I was surprised and asked if I needed to purchase another one to get what I needed. The manager was brought over and she was quite moody as well, reluctantly agreeing to replace the burger with a new one, but then very demonstratively throwing the original burger on the floor behind the corner (seriously!). While I understand that I neglected to order the right thing, I was willing to pay for another and the attitude of the manager was pretty bad. I won't be coming back to this location again. Horrible Experience....Manager isn't very knowledgeable and rather fix the situation. Instantly told me to Call corporate. In which case I did. Food was okay but I'd rather drive the extra 3 min and visit McDonalds. Was kinda expensive for fast food, but expected more to come of it from that..... Don't even bother downloading the app and using coupons. Won't do you any good as they won't know how to use them to their full potential. On the plus side. The bathroom and play area were very clean. So at least managements got that part figured out. So my suggestion is play at BK and eat at McDonald's a few blocks away. read more

It might be that the other reviews are really old, but this place is clearly remodeled and clean. The management clearly kicks in during the busy rush, but the line staff appeared attentive and cheerful. There is a play place that is spacious and had its own TV tuned to cartoons for the kids. The food was as good as you can expect from Burger King, but that isn't a very high bar. I enjoy when they kick the trend of over salting everything. I just want to emphasize clean, clean, clean. This Burger King is now much better and nicer. They now have a new manager who is investing in the restaurant. I was in there last night and the place was busy. Orders are now correct and the restaurant is clean, like it used to be when I was little. In fact, they are getting a new coke freestyle machine this week which will let customers choose from over 100 different drink combinations. read more

Not sure why this place has gone so far downhill. It used to be busy; now it's forlorn - you're more likely to encounter seagulls than people in the parking lot. They did remove the children's play area - that might have something to do with their lack of business. The service and food are indifferent. Used to be a good burger place. The service is mediocre. It would be nice if someone would listen while you give your order. The place is due a remodel. The walls have the decor of a bathroom in a mobile home. The soda area is nasty most of the time and outer wood surround of trash bins is pretty dirty too. I was in one time and an employee gave a guest an order a drive thru person didn't want. That seemed a bit iffy and I doubt that would be allowed. I hope they sanitize the play equipment. read more
