We often stop at the other place for egg sandwiches when we're on the road. I even started making them at home. At both places, you need to be careful to not drip egg onto your pants. Not a bad problem to have. Was doing errands yesterday, needed a morning snack, BK was convenient. I was pretty shocked at how little egg was in this egg sandwich, egg was no thicker than a slice of cheese! I bought the 2fer "special", same price as a single, why not. I ended up folding the 2nd egg into the last 1/2 of my 1st sandwich. It was still dry as dry can be. I understand how hard it is to run a restaurant. They have data, people won't pay above a certain price, so they have to reduce ingredients. But then, customers will be unhappy and avoid going there. This is how kings die. This is the worst Burger King next to the one in Fall River president ave. Ordered food, was told to wait at the first window, so I waited for around 8 minutes. Just to be told to drive up, to second window. Nobody in line asked for onion rings intesad of fries. (Got fries), I had the worst diarrhea ever. The food was terrible, the service was worse. (This was a real experience.) cold fries yet. Was so pissed, I just Left. The drive through was empty. @ 2:00pm I will never go back again. I'm writing this after throwing 60% of the food away. Three whopper's 3 cheeseburgers and three fries. When I asked for onion rings. Got home and was disappointed to no end. I will never take a chance on Burger King again. GROSS!!! read more

Sometimes when you are out running errands you need to grab something to eat but don't have the time to stop and dine in. This was one of those times. I am not typically a fast food fan, and Burger King has always been at the bottom of my list, but I figured it has been years since I have been, so why not see if things have improved. The plan was to order an original chicken sandwich with onion rings. I happened to see that they are selling tacos, so I added one on just to try. So the taco kind of resembled a crunchy taco shell. I could see lettuce and something that appeared to be a seasoned meat-like paste. Certainly no threat to ANY Mexican restaurant here! The chicken sandwich was completely flavorless. I make chicken sandwiches several times a week for lunch at work and even my worst one is more satisfying than BK slop. The onion rings were either processed onions battered in a ring, or over cooked, then frozen, then over cooked again so that the inside is mush and unrecognizable as an onion. To top it off, their King mascot is just plain creepy... like would give Pennywise nightmares kind of creepy... Just don't eat here! Period! read more

If being slow was an Olympic event this Burger King would win gold each and every time. Multiple times going through the drive-thru is painfully slow. Cars backing up and leaving the line to go elsewhere. When you invest your time in line and think the line will speed up, forget about it. I measured the time of averaging 5 to 10 minutes of cars just waiting in front of the ordering speaker before someone comes to take your order. This is fast food? Stay away if you don't want your blood to boil and burn away valuable time that you will never get back. read more

I would give the Burger King 247 State St North Dartmouth MA a negative 0. Went in to use the bathroom. It was so so dirty and horrible that a port-a-potty would have been cleaner. Ask the lady up front if they clean the bathrooms. She said she didn't know. The tables where you eat where no better. I'm surprised that the health inspector does not show up. What can I say. . . fast food is fast food. This BK Lounge in particular, having frequented it as a student at Umass Dartmouth, has excellent service and seating accommodations. Upon my most recent trip, a large bus group of adults with what seemed to be varying extents of MR walked in ahead of me. The staff served all 15 or so of them quickly and efficiently, providing assistance when necessary. I was able to order and leave with my food in no time. In addition, I was given an extra medium drink cup, per accident, and was able to enjoy double the beverage :) It seems to me this Burger King was some other restaurant before its creation. The seating is extensive, with far more tables and booths than I generally see in others. Always a plus to be able to position yourself away from the crying baby in a high chair or the OCD male arranging his french fries before eating. Perhaps if I'm ever in the area again I will drive thru to pick up a Hershey pie or BK Joe. read more

I tried the cheddar bacon crispy chicken sandwich ... it was DELICIOUS! Got the mozzarella sticks ... they were the worst mozzarella sticks I've ever had in my life, honestly. And I had one immediately after getting them, they were dry & tasteless, oh my God, so bad! Hubby got his Whopper with bacon & cheese, liked it, as usual, but the chicken fries he got, like the mozzarella sticks ... bad, they were dry & not very good. So the sandwiches were good, especially mine, sides were horrible. Got a large diet Coke (sodas from fast food restaurants are always bad, for some reason, they never taste like a bottle or can), and the large fry we was supposed to have was small. I was very hungry so I decided let me pop up and get me a burger that has 2 patty's and then I look into my bag after driving all the way home and barely no fries and 1 patty with 1 slice of bacon. I will be contacting corporate office. 8/6/23 12:38:37 p m., Ordered at the drive thru. Asked if they still had the 2 fish for $6.00 was told yes. I ordered stating a total of 4. A large fry and a large mozz stick. The order taker said 4 fish I said yes a total of 4. Then she asked cheese or bacon I said no, no lettuce on all 4. She then said large fry, I said yes and large mozz stick. She said 4 or 8. I said large. She then repeated sternly 4 or 8, I then said large so I guess that would be 8. REALLY! I waited a little while until I was told to advance. When I got to the window, I again said to the tone of if there is a 4 or an 8 piece large would be the 8, RIGHT! The woman said she did know, she said she wasn't. The woman said I wasn't the one who took the order. I told her sorry I shouldn't have made that comment to her. I went to the next window and was told to drive up to wait. I knew this because I'm asked that every time I order fish. 12 minutes later a girl came to bring us the food. I said whoever is taking orders needs to tell the people ordering to stop at the first window because the last 2 cars behind me and the first one almost hit someone heading into the drive thru. I had first asked for my receipt she told me to back up I told her no which led to my last comment. Her answer was people don't listen I said don't tell me that I stayed at the order area until I was told to advance, then she said we're short we only have 3 people. I said not my problem this was after she walked to the 2 ND window, around another car then went to window 1 leaned in got the receipt and gave it to me. That's when she said I was rude. REALLY, this was one of those moments I looked to my husband in the passenger seat and said never again. I also told the woman that took they money I was contacting corporate. When the girl handed me the receipt I saw her name tag. Courtney. I said oh, your name is Courtney she said that's right Courtney. The receipt says Courtney levesque. Was told at drive thru if i wanted a separate receipt id have to go back around again. ?? I worked in the restaurant industry for many yrs and i have to say i see a massive decline in customer service , how hard is it to ring in 2 separate orders what is the difference if it is done in one order or if i came back around again? I love it the food taste good but after I always get heart burn and I don't eat it a lot but I recommend this place
