This was the singular worst experience for food quality. I ordered a whopper and an original chicken sandwich. We waited 20 minutes to get the food to go. When I inquired at 10 minutes- the service representative stated we are waiting on the original chicken sandwich. 10 minutes later I received the sandwiches. Both were made incorrectly, condiments were added, others were forgotten the worst aspect of the interaction was that the flat chicken patty was cold Very cold. We only get takeout and usually enjoy our burgers but I am writing this review as a way to reach out and hopefully see improvement. We order online and you put in how you want the burger dressed. If you're taking a test and you only get a third of the answers correct, you've failed...right? 3 orders recently, all marked heavy pickle in the app. That must mean your customer really enjoys pickle on their burger, right? Burgers 1 and 3 had not even 1 pickle. Only burger 2 had the correct condiments. We stopped here a few days ago on our road trip. We pleased to discover a Burger King that handled a drive-through line quickly AND the food was fresh! They are NOT opened until midnight in Perry Florida. I went there at 11:30 pm there were two cars in the drive thru. I waited until 11:50pm and they never moved or said one word on the intercom. Me and my friend came to this Burger King and decided to go inside because there was no one inside and the drvie through was pretty long. One of the workers told us someone would be with us in a moment and we were waiting for about ten minutes and never had anyone take our order. We left without any food. read more

The staff are very rude. They forgot part of my order in the drive thru. I wasn't worried, it happens a lot, so I pulled back in and called and asked someone to please bring it out as the drive thru had cars in it. The staff member that answered says no, that I needed to come in. I explained that I went thru the drive thru because I couldn't come in and she continued to say "oh well, come in if you want it" and hung up on me. I have an auto immune condition and was having a very bad day, hence the drive thru. The staff didn't care that u struggled to go in, a bag was shoved my way with no words. This once was hands down the best drive thru in Perry, now it is by far the worst and I don't even like the other restaurants here. The last 4 times in 11 months I've tried to give them another chance hoping something would change. 2 Double Cheeseburgers at the drive through.... nope 2 singles. went inside to be corrected.. waited and was handed a bag.. walked out to truck...nope, singles again.. went BACK through Drive through & asked for a refund.. the manager got an attitude.. We stopped here while on a road trip. These girls were the sweetest workers I've came across in fast food in a long time. It wasn't the quickest wait for our meals but I enjoyed watching them be kind to each other and when I did get the food, it was fresh and the best whopper I've had in years. read more

This is the WORST Burger King I have ever been to. They seem to NEVER SEEM TO HAVE COKE-COLA or dipping sauces! The deep fryer oil is so dirty that the orings are dark dark brown and taste disgusting! Since they didn't have Coke I asked for Sweet tea and it was horrible I paid $2.15 to pour it on the ground! This has been my experience all 3 times and I will not go back!!!! read more

They don't fully honor the BK app, and the customer service, attitude, management and more are beyond awful.

There are loads of people here returning home from hurricane irma and burger king chained one of there doors and locked their dining room it is 9:41pm the dining room wasn't set to close until 11:00pm. Mcdonalds was doing the same thing! read more
