Do not go to this McDonalds, just pass it by and go somewhere else. You'll get better quality food and service from a gas station. Perry's McDonalds has no clue how to properly cook their food, four seperate times within a month i have ordered the Cripsy McChicken. The first three times, the chicken was raw in the middle causing me to get sick and the fourth time they gave me the wrong sandwich in general. I don't think they've gotten a single order i've made in the past 5 months correct. Not only is the food quality bad, their customer service is absolutely horrible, i have seen crew be extremely rude to not only fellow crew members going so far as making them cry at work, to disrespecting customers as well. I have the names of three crew/managers that i have witnessed being downright unprofessional, if it were up to me those three would not have a job anywhere in Perry. Frederiana has a habit of cutting other drive through members who are taking orders off, then being rude to the customers. She always messes up the order because she never pays attention to the customer. Jonyenna has a habit of yelling at customers and crew members, she is extremely disrespectful and the prime example of unprofessional behavior at work. Lori Smith which i have discovered is a manager, has been rude and when i was at the drive through earlier this week made one of her crew almost break down into tears with her obnoxious and extremely rude attitude when the crew member she was being hateful towards was working her rear end off to get the line moving. All in all heres what i would suggest our local McDonalds for, decommission and a full shut down. As long as McDonalds allows disrespectful people such as these three work there and are unable to provide quality food, they should not be allowed to stay open. The employees here are stealing. Went at 11pm tonight and was told it's cash only (and no ice cream). Ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget and large fries. Pulled up to the window and was told it was $13.97! Asked how and was told the fries are $3 and the chicken nuggets are "over $5". That doesn't add up even if it was the right prices. They didn't ring it in the register, just said a number. Pulled back around to check the sign and saw that the total should've been about $6. They've got to be keeping the extra cash and assume you're too dumb to count to 6 or 8. Also not one person here was wearing masks or gloves despite the sign saying they are. Intentionally overcharging, even when brought to their attention. Ordered a #7 combo (2 cheeseburgers) this weekend. The kid taking the order even asked, "the burgers or the combo", to which I replied, "The combo, two burgers". Kid wrung up separately one burger, one fry, one drink. Didn't realize until I looked in my bag and only had one burger. I told the kid that took my order. An assistant manager came out and brought me a 2nd burger. I explained to her that I was also overcharged since the combo price was less than the individual prices I was charged. They get an older woman that I assume is a manager. She stares blindly at my receipt for several minutes. I explain to her that what happened, and I was overcharged. She says, directly quoted "I don't even know what my food costs". I point at the board directly behind her, showing the #7 costing $8.45 and I was charged roughly $9 ($2.59, $3.99 and $2.39, all clearly on the receipt). After a few more minutes, she pulls up my originally order that was already paid, adds the cost of the 2nd burger that that they gave me into that order and says I owe them more. I explain to her it was a combo, not individual burgers. She refused to budge. She was either corrupt or completely inept. After wasting 10 minutes, I gave up. They can keep the $1, the time I wasted already was worth more than that. I did fill out the review online, though I doubt it matters much. When the manager charges you over $9 for a $8.45 combo and says you should owe more, you should just avoid the place. It's blatant corruption or ineptitude. Will never be back. For starters, this McDonalds is the cleanest McDonalds I have ever been in. It looks like they have a new remodel, the bathrooms were clean the staff that was not working was cleaning. Our food was delicious we ordered breakfast and if we hadn't eaten it already I would have posted a picture. The place is beautiful from the Shrubbery and driveway outside all Litter free, to the welcome benches to the smiling, courteous staff inside. It even has a Christmas tree. I stopped at this McDonalds after the hurricane last year and they had an elderly handicapped woman begging to use the bathroom and despite the fact that the store was still totally operational and the lobby was supposed to be open the manager refused to let her in. I used to stop at this McDonalds several times a month but I haven't been there since the hurricane and will never stop there again. read more

The restaurant was filthy. You could smell it everywhere. The bathrooms were dirty and the floors were sticky. The door handles were greasy and sticky. I couldn't get out fast enough. My poor guy, who spent a lot of time in jungles I can't name, wondered what hit me. I told him we couldn't go in there again. Ever.
