There for a good long while, this Burger King was a terrible place to go to. They messed up drive-thru orders on a steady basis, the foods were poorly prepared, the employees were very rude and had attitude problems. Then, the past few years they seemed to get their act together. The employees were friendly, the foods were well prepared, the orders were correct the majority of the time (people make mistakes, I do not expect perfection from any business or their workers). Then, recently this Burger King has begun to go downhill once again. The employees are rude, the food quality and preparation is absolutely horrible (see attached pics) and it saddens me to see this recurring once again. I love Burger King. They are the only fast food chain that offers a vegetarian burger (BK Veggie) and I love their fries. But when I pay $6 or more for a combo meal and the patty does not even fit well on the bun, when there is barely any lettuce or onion on the burgers .. it makes me choose burritos instead of burgers while I am out and about with friends. My friend bought the Bacon King sandwich this past weekend from this Thomaston location. It does not come with onion, so he specifically requested onion added to his burger. Once we got home and unwrapped our burgers, he discovered not only was there no onion on his burger but the patties were as flat as a piece of cardboard and the three pieces of bacon were so tiny that you would barely even know they were on the burger at all. Please, Burger King get your act together for sake of your loyal customers who were so proud of you for improving your overall service in recent years. If the attitude problems and poor food preparation continues, my friends, family and I will take our business elsewhere. read more

Last visited on Monday August 4. There were 3 tiles missing right next to the counter & water was leaking down into buckets. The positioning was causing customers to have to circle back in line after taking their orders so they could get to their food. There was quite a crowd & at first I was impressed with the cashier who took our order. Once we ordered & made our way through the maze of people to wait for our food; our simple order for 2 adults & 1 child was being pushed back so that others behind us were being served. I watched a large number of people receive their drinks right after ordering & I had to ask for mine once our number was called, after 15 minutes of waiting. Neither my drink nor the kids drink were with our food & I was given a very hard time by the cashier & the lady giving us our food because I had asked for the 2 drinks, one which was on our receipt, the other being the kids meal drink which is a given whether it is on the receipt or not. I had been given & attitude & overheard one of the ladies saying under her breath that I was "pissing her off"! Very unprofessional, rude & simply ignorant. I was very unimpressed with the service. The food was good but after being hungry all day & then waiting almost 20 minutes.. anything would have tasted good. I wish I had gotten the names of the 2 workers, I had done nothing to have deserved the treatment that I received from them. read more
