They did have booths available for customers to sit and enjoy their food, so that was a plus. Since there were no ribs, I ordered a steak hoagie sandwich and asked for extra cheese. Well, the young lady forgot to put my order in, so I ended up waiting over 25 minutes for this hoagie. By the time I got it, I was ready to take a picture, sit in my car, and have my little food review moment. But NOPE. That could not happen because the sandwich was absolutely slathered in "special sauce." It was giving sauce with a side of sandwich. And after all that, there was no extra cheese, which was specifically what I asked for. I was disappointed for three main reasons: no ribs, the order was forgotten, and the sandwich was soggy.
