I would give zero stars if it was possible. All employees have attitudes, including the managers! So unprofessional. My husband was ordering through the drive thru and they said the milkshake machine was down, he gave me a call to see what else I wanted and he was yelled at and cussed out by the manager for taking too long to order... I get that you have young inexperience people working, great, I am glad you are giving these kids a chance. But train them properly and teach them customer service. The past few times we came in, the wait for two Whoopers was 15 minutes. The most recent time, it was for to-go, then I get home to find out the order was completely wrong (even though the wrapping had some of the information correctly marked). No onions marked, but there was still onions. Add cheese, and we paid extra, no cheese were in the burgers. Apparently have it your way isn't the customer's way. This place is going downhill ! Just had breakfast here and asked for a refill and they said no more coffee after 10:30 am ???? They won't not allow to fill soda bc I was using the coffee cup ??? Went threw the drive through and ordered a double Wopper and a double sourdough Burger. One was for my lunch and the other was for dinner at work. They cost 0ver $ 12.00 no comlaint there. It when I opened them up they were both single meat. I was at work and had to eat had no time to bring them back .so the next day I stopped to have them rectify the cost of make it right hey denied my request .i wasn't looking for free food ,just make things right. Terrible Customer Service!! 1st time in a long time that I was in Burger King. This happen at the Turlock Location on Geer Rd. We order three meals to find out we missed a bacon cheese burger for my son. Had to drive back to get the missing item plus I asked them to replaced my meal because i left in a rush so my food was going to be cold. One of the employees was very rude and mentioned they can only replace the missing item. He also mentioned no food was going to be replaced because I didn't bring the other food with meal. Which I previously mentioned to him it has been years since the last time I bought BK. He didn't care, asked me to reach their District Manager and just ignored me. I do work on Customer Service for a Tech Company, it would be no way that we will treat people at the way he did. Called Customer Service to file a complaint, waiting for the District Manager to respond to my voicemail. They need to provide more customer service training o their staff. I visited this Burger King in Turlock on Geer Rd in the drive through. I placed my order and when I got to the window the cashier had to retake my order. I'm not sure what happened to my order from the speaker to the window. I paid for my purchase and was on my way. I was two miles away when I bit into my original chicken sandwich. It was like cardboard. I opened up the sandwich and it was fried so well well done that the inside of the chicken patty was completely hollow! I squeezed the sides of the patty and it opened up like pita bread. There was absolutely nothing left except the burnt outside of the patty. I turned around and went back. I decided to go into the restaurant and show them what I received. The cashier was a nice young man and apologetic. I asked him to get his manager. The manager on duty was Rojelio. It so happened that the manager was cooking the food. I asked him if he was the only one cooking and he said yes. I opened up the sandwich and showed him what he served to me. I said is this acceptable? He just said do you want another one or your money back. I said I would like my money back please. Then he looked in the bag and noticed the fries had been eaten and made a comment to me regarding the fries being eaten. I said had I known that the sandwich was going to be bad I probably wouldn't have eaten them, but I did. I normally would have paid for them, but he was so very rude and never apologized. He gave me a full credit back to my card, said it would take up to 24 hours and walked away. Wow, great customer service from the manager. I think NOT. Never an apology. He couldn't have cared less. At least he gave me a full refund. The place was filthy and one of the workers dumped chicken nuggets out into a container and then stuffed the metal container into it's slot hitting the chicken nuggets on the outside of the warming box and some fell out. I think they need to have someone come in and teach them all how to run this restaurant properly. I will never return here. read more

Burger King stoled my money! Back in December I was traveling through Turlock and I used my app to place an order around 9:45 PM. The app excepted my order the restaurant was supposed to close at midnight I got up to the restaurant and hit the button I am here at that point the app charged me I got to the window all the lights were on but nobody would come. I am most called the police because I knew somebody was in there but nobody would come out and they were supposed to be open for more than two more hours I thought they were in trouble. Finally I saw a woman in there I banged on the window again she came and said I'm closing early my manager told me I can leave early. I said that's fine but you charged me for my order give me my money back and she said no. She said she would get in trouble cannot issue any refunds I have to come back another Day but I live 60 miles away. It's not my fault they decided to close more than two hours early I want my money back simple right? I have made over seven phone calls and I actually went into the Burger King the next time I was in town and they said they knew nothing about it and cannot help me. Nobody will give me my money back carpet will not help me they said there's nothing they could do. I call the phone number since I'm so far away and it's disconnected there is no phone number to call I've tried. This is so messed up! I am now going to file a small claims lawsuit against them, and I will win! They got my money they did not give me my food because they closed early they are not being Responsive to corporate's request to call me. So they will pay my small claim court fees, my attorney consult fees, and give me my money back and face the embarrassment of what they've done to their customer. Can you believe this? read more

First off this place is always dirty every time, always short staffed. Employees always talking to each other instead of working.

This Burger King seems to have problems with service. On more than one occasion I have come here and was not able to be served for one reason or another. On at least 2 occasions they didn't have hamburger pattys. On another occasion they reported there was something wrong with their cash registers and on and on. My son loves their hamburgers so this is the only reason i come here. This am my son requested BK. Their hours on line and posted on their window was listed as opening at 7am. I went through the drive through well after 7am. Nothing was turned on but there were employees present. I drove up to the window and was waved off. I waited a few minutes figuring they were getting a late start. I drove through again and was able to place my order for a couple of burgers. The server told me they do not serve burgers until after 1030am and they were only serving breakfast until then. I have gone through and ordered burgers this early and never had an issue. In fact, i just went through and ordered and received burgers in the am just about a week ago. On their web page Burger King even says they have been serving burgers in the am since 2014 when corporate gave their blessing to do so. This is the last time that i will come to this Burger King. I am sure there is a good reason for their inability to serve me yet again but enough is enough. Thankfully for my kid this isnt the only place in town. If I could give this Burger King negative stars I would. Every single time and this is not an exaggeration they are out of at least 1 item we want to order. I don't do fast food often so the only reason I ever return is either because it slips my mind that I always have issues or someone in my car is craving Burger King. Well tonight i was at home on Friday night and just in the mood to watch Netflix and eat junk food after a long stressful week so I ordered Burger King from DoorDash. HUGE mistake! If you think they are bad when you actually visit the restaurant it's even worse when you want it delivered. I ordered a whopper with cheese meal no lettuce extra pickles, size large with chocolate Oreo shake, large onion rings. What I received was a whopper with lettuce, no cheese or pickles, a Diet Coke and small onion ring. Uh I had to pay extra when I ordered cheese, and size large and milk shake. I've tried calling them 5x and there's no answer. I know I could drive down there but hello the whole point of ordering from DoorDash was for a relaxing night at home. Went thru drive thru this evening 6/24/21 and wanted the Rodeo Crispy Chicken Sandwich, it wasn't on their menu but the Employee said yes they had it so I ordered to Combo meals. When I drive up to the window the Female Employee that took my order was getting yelled at by the Cook or Manager about they don't make that anymore, I'm pretty sure he was talking about the Rodeo Chicken Sandwhich I ordered. I had the worst experience here!!!! I went thru their drive thru and got my order Wrong!!! Sadly When i noticed I was home so i decided to drive back and ask for my full order. When I arrived I encountered a moody manager with staff who were clearly afraid of her. I asked for my missing food items and for new and warm food items as when I arrived all of my food was cold, so I asked for new food items which by this time they were far beyond room temperature!!!! (NOT EDIBLE) the manager was super moody and gave me attitude as A PAYING CUSTOMER ASKED FOR THEIR RIGHT and WARM FOOD ORDER, I can't wrap my mind around the fact she was pist towards me about her staffs fault. This place is a joke! 4 weeks ago I visited this place for breakfast. I noticed on the window there was a sign that said burgers all day. Not much of a fan of fast food but I was in a hurry. When I entered the restaurant a lady came from the back after dumping trash. Ran one hand under the faucet by the front counter for about a second. (No soap). I asked for a whopper and large fries. She said they only serve breakfast at this time. I was puzzled. The sign on the window clearly said Burgers served all day. I didn't argue. Just ordered a breakfast sandwich and a ice coffee in witch the lady who did not wash her hands properly made. She also handled my sandwich and hash browns. I was ordering for two people and brought it back to my own store in witch I ended up throwing The Whole order away. I then contacted the corporate and complained. The most annoying burger king I've ever been to. I don't know what their problem is but its a 50/50 chance if my food is going to be made right. Ordered a chicken sandwich once with no mayo, no tomato and only lettuce. It came with not only mayo and tomato but also pickles! WTF pickles don't even come on that sandwich! Come here couple times a week. Last week overcharged for sandwich. Guy at window gave me the difference right there. Nice associate. This morning came to get the same meal and was again overcharged. Brought this to the cashiers attention, she had the managet(?) come to the window and she explained that they received "price changes" this morning and she hasn't time to change them yet. Could not give me the difference - only a refund. She said she did the refund but couldn't give me a copy. If it doesn't show on my statement then I can come in and get my cash refund.....I now have zero receipts to show for anything that happened???? I called their cust serv number only to be given a "sorry" and they will create a report....I am sure there is a number I can call about "pricing" a state or gov agency I will contact.
