The manager at this location is very unfriendly. My boyfriend ordered food and she didnt give him the cups for their combos. When he asked for the cups she pointed next to register and said "right there" no smile no sorry just walked away. I went to order a shake and she made it and slid it on counter and said "here".. If she is interrupted by doing her job then maybe she needs a job where she can be on her phone instead of working here. read more

A quick stop for food on the road. It's always a pain to stop for food and gas while heading to a far destination. Always time lost, bathroom breaks, gas, and food break are better if you can do together. This time we were able to do all of them. We have the Burger King app, so we were able to locate a family meal with three whoppers, three junior bacon cheeseburgers and three fries for $22. Not bad for being on the road. Since we are a large group we had to order two of them. There's only one coupon allowed per group, so my wife went through the drive-through, and we went inside. An interesting sidenote, we've done this a few times. And drive-through definitely gets a priority. We were able to order about the same time as my wife did. She got her food bring it in, we sat at the table and ate and by the time we finished her Family meal, ours arrived. Burger King is pretty consistent. Great tasting burgers in my opinion, however they changed their fries years ago ( maybe around 2k and I just never really enjoyed any of the new styles of fries they have tried to do. I've never rated a fast food restaurant BUT I was pleasantly surprised! Driving through Nevada to get back to Vegas we stopped for a snack. The gentleman that took our order and gave us our food was so pleasant and professional. The food was all hot. Fries fresh.... It's a bummer when you want a quick burger and the cheese isn't melted and the fries are cold. Not the case here. Thanks for making our stop tasty!! read more

Excellent location! Pristine. Matt took our orders through the drive through. We had 4 mobile orders placed. He was professional and courteous throughout the order taking, and at the drive through window. We had to park for our orders, but it was an great opportunity to take a restroom break while waiting. Didn't take long for the food at all. Chicken Nuggets were fresh out of the vats and the burgers were as described looking beautiful just as advertised on the billboards-picture perfect. Did I mention the restrooms were immaculately clean?! Very impressive to say the least considering the location was at a junction of Interstate 80 and HW 93. It would've been a perfect 5 star, but I wouldn't be honest if I didn't note that one order was missing. Matt addressed it immediately and was diligent in making it right. Nevertheless, Overall the experience was astounding above par! Look forward to our future visits when we're out this way again. By the way management- if you're reading this, I overheard a manager in an active coaching moment while keeping in the mist of the hustle and bustle . Waited over 6 minutes with no one else in line. Guy before us walked out after waiting. Drive thru kept getting waited on but we had a trailer and had to walk in. Zero acknowledgment and left with no response from them. You aren't hungry enough to stop there. read more

We tried to eat local in Wells, but places were either cold or didn't quite look like family friendly establishments. We went with the safe bet-Burger King! Staff was friendly and the food was good. Nothing special, but it made the kids happy & it wasn't the competition with the clown on the other side of the freeway. I would stop here again when passing through northern Nevada. read more

The last time I enjoyed a meal at Burger King I was four and the streak continues. I think it had been at least a decade since the last time I even ate at one but we had driven about 500 miles through the middle of NV and there were few options and even fewer that were open. I had recently read an article that gave high marks to the Chicken Breast sandwich they are currently serving. We were starving so we decided to give it a shot. Regrets quickly followed, I ordered two of the sandwiches and was amazed that they cost $5.49 each when the sandwiches at Popeye's and Chick-fil-a, which are the cream of the crop cost $3.99 or less. I hoped that meant that they felt they could charge more because they were turning out a superior product. I was wrong. The first one was about the size of a chicken strip at Popeyes. It occupied about 1/2 of a small bun. The taste was OK but not outstanding or even vaguely special. I was annoyed. I cracked open the second sandwich, which had more meat but was severely overcooked to the point of being as tough as beef jerky. I was mad by this point so I jumped up, said, HELL NO!!!" to my wife and marched up to the counter to air my grievances. To the credit of the workers, they were very apologetic and made me two fresh sandwiches immediately. These were fresh and apparently the standard size which is still about 1/3 less than the size of the $3.99 sandwich at Popeyes. The flavor didn't improve any from the first tiny one so I'm rating this sandwich a definite fail. To sum it up, these are subpar sandwiches that cost a full $1.50 more than their much larger, tastier counterparts at better restaurants. read more

Absolutely no service. Walked in and was never acknowledged by the person who was working inside. Decided to go through the drive thru and said hello multiple times only to receive no response. Went up to the window where you pick up the food and knocked several times to try and get someone's attention and never did. The manager was good but the rest of the staff was a huge problem, the cashier didn't know how to run gift cards, my wife ordered a bacon A1 burger and received no bacon on it, we got our son a cheeseburger kids meal but when we opened the box there was no cheeseburger in it. When my wife showed them there was no bacon instead of remaking it like most restaurants would they took the sandwich to the back and haphazardly put a few crappy pieces of bacon on it and when they were asked how they managed to make a bacon burger without bacon the staff responded with it was rang up incorrectly and it was in fact rang up correct.
