We stopped here after driving from the salt flats and didn't have a lot of options as far as food goes because it was late. We were a little worried because of some of the reviews but we literally had a great meal that was fresh, hot and crispy and the service was pleasant. I got there around 11:35 PM so they were supposed to be open for 25 more minutes. I ordered from the app while walking up from my truck. It turns out the store had closed for cleaning, I knocked on the drive thru window the worker said he turned the cooking equipment off. That would be fine except he failed to turn off ordering in the app on your phone. The order couldn't be canceled the system made it look like he cooked my food. Now a late dinner turned into a morning of me following up with McDonald's corporate and my bank to get a refund for somebody if it was that worker whoever defrauding me. read more

It is about time that this location has some updated reviews The location was clean- it shares restrooms with the Loves that it is collocated with and those are typically clean anyways It has recently had a refresh inside- the floors, tables, trash cans and kiosks were clean. Someone was tending to all those things while we were there for 15 minutes The staff was super polite and the food came out quick. It was exactly what we ordered. McDonalds isn't a five star restaurant- but you have to give places credit when they check all the boxes and meet/exceed the industry expectation. read more

Quick stop for gas heading back to Michigan. We were interested in the McPick 2 Fish Sandwiches for $5 but this location wasn't offering that promotion. So we just ordered a large drink and a McChicken and a Cheeseburger from the Value Menu. It's the usual as you would expect from McDonalds and since it wasn't busy service was quick. Unlike my experience with most McDonalds, the staff here were just doing a job and not smiling or particularly friendly. The food was served fresh and hot and tasted like McDonalds food is supposed to taste; no surprises. But I did notice that the floor had bits of trash (pieces of paper, straw wrappers, etc) lying around on it. All things considered, not the worst McDonalds I've experienced, but it was a disappointment when compared with most. read more

Dont let the "Open 24 hours" fool you. They open and close whenever they feel like it. Being at a truck stop, you'd think they would be open 24/7 or at least post the actual open/close times. Most truckers like to plan their trip according to times that places are open. A driver who just got done driving 10 hours wants some dinner/breakfast, sees they are open on the app, gets there and to bad for him because they don't care what time they open/close. That driver gets to starve now because he is out of drive time hours. read more

BEST chocolate chip cookies I have had since I can remember!! The gentleman who handed them to me even made sure I grabbed them from the top since the bottom was warm due to the cookies being fresh out the oven. (It wasn't nearly hot enough to burn me, but the thought was appreciated). After I ordered and was waiting, the lady working knew I had to pee (since I asked where the restroom was previous) and went out of her way to let me know the cookies would be a few minutes. I know this may sound expected to some entitled folk, but its the smiles these workers give and thoughtfulness they posses after going through a day of rude guests that impressed me. I don't usually do McDonalds, but since we were semi-stranded in Nevada, and this was the only restaurant available, this is where we chose to eat. Things weren't bad for McDonalds's food, but I can't really say that is was "good" compared to all the great food that is available today. This place was terrible. Flies all over the eating area , tables not cleaned, had to wait while the two employees taking orders concluded a personal conversation all the while knowing we were standing and waiting, they also screwed up the order. Employee who took the order was standing and eating with her back to the cash register's instead of working. The same employee went to the table area and half***ed tried to clean the filthy tables. She sprayed cleaner from a squeeze bottle on the tables and then wiped them sparingly. Do not stop here in a large group. We had a large group of about 20 people and they shorted us several burgers and fries. When we tried asking us for the missing items they REFUSED to give us the food we had paid for. The manager was very short and rude. Not worth a stop for our group again. read more

I know there's not much around wells, we were driving through, but it'd be better to starve than eat here. There are flies flying everywhere, and then a bunch of dead ones too on the window sills and tables. So gross!!! We walked in, waited to order, then decided we could not stomach eating here. The smoke from the slot machines that are part of the building wafts in, and the McDonald's itself is just generally dirty. So so so nasty! The thing I like about McDonald is that you generally can expect a semi decent place to eat almost wherever you are, this one is not the case, this one is repulsive.
