When I arrived home, my wife discovered that I had been sold a raw pie! Note to restaurant: warming something up isn't the same as fully cooking it! My wife ended up baking the pie in our oven, but it just wasn't the same. I was advised by restaurant staff that if I wanted beef brisket, for me to call them a few days ahead of my arrival so they could prepare it. They only make it upon request. I'll probably return if I'm in the area again.
