BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Our vision is to offer fresh food, made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality.
We started in a gourmet kitchen where chefs combined and tested ingredients until world class recipes we created. BurgerFi Sauce, for example, uses over a dozen fresh ingredients and takes over 40 minutes to prepare. That's just one recipe. You can taste the level of better in everything we do.
Our hamburgers and hot dogs are made with 100% all natural beef. The VegeFi veggie burger is homemade with organic quinoa, crispy lentils, fresh cut veggies, and two decadent cheeses held together with an egg. Fries and double-battered onion rings are cut daily, then fried in peanut oil for optimal crunch. To top it all off, signature concretes, shakes, and sundaes are made with richest, creamiest custard.

Our story begins with a great burger. The all-natural, Black Angus CEO Burger. Fan favorite. Pride and joy of The Office, an American gastropub nestled in the heart of Delray Beach, FL. And, the inspiration for BurgerFi, launched February, 2011 from dissatisfaction with what was happening in the burger market at the time.
You see, we don't adhere to the practices of industrialized fast food giants. We were started in a gourmet kitchen, by gourmet Chefs. They didn't know fast food, so the back of the house looks less like a burger joint, more like a five-star restaurant. When we needed a sauce, our Chefs didn't call a food supplier. They started chopping. Combining. Cooking.

"We put people first. The BurgerFi concept is audacious, especially in philanthropic ventures. We work to build better communities, support local charities, and focus on improving the lives of underprivileged children. We emphasize recycling and upcycling in the hopes others follow suit. As these values fuel rapid growth, we promote from within and offer a range of career opportunities. And let's not forget the whole ""giving you fresh, natural food"" idea which should be a given, but so often isn't.
