I found this company to be arrogant and unprofessional. Someone was posting they were stuck in the mud and Ben was online harassing them about how they keep calling the wrong people to get him out. He (Ben) oh well I will just sit back until you get stuck and call me then I'll come you all out. Like he was taunting them. Just very unprofessional for someone who should know better. I'm sure he grew up in the business and then it was handed over to him at some recent point. I PMed him at that time and told him how unprofessional he was sounding and after talking it over with his wife he agreed. But then there was today when I got into a crash and was only offered Burgetts, I declined and and called Steve's. Then the officer said that Burgetts was busy anyway. They are very much supposed to go through a rotation and not start with the same one every time. I'm glad I got Steve's. He is closer to my house anyways and didn't charge me a dime.
