    10/10 would recommend!! Everyone was courteous and professional. They did a fabulous job on my Mini Cooper Paceman.

We watched videos on how to fix ourselves and quickly decided the undertaking was too much, and we could have easily caused more damage. So we contacted Mario's, he agreed with our diagnosis of what was causing the water issue, got a quote and determined a date to bring the vehicle in. They removed all necessary paneling to access our problem, fixed the issue and tied the tubing to prevent future issues (that probably should have been done in the manufacturing process.) I waited to do this review until there were some massive rain storms, and the issue is definitely fixed. Luigi was great to work with, pricing was reasonable, he was realistic on timing (2 days since they had other cars in the shop and were anticipating the parts to arrive that day.) I actually got the car back the next day and Luigi walked me through what they did. Not only was it fixed but they cleaned up some of my interior and exterior; they went above and beyond (my tires and rims looked brand new.) We've taken other vehicles here and all of our experiences are consistent- their honesty/integrity, complete great work timely, they don't oversell on things you don't need and have fair pricing.

It's a Texas car and in perfect body condition so I began to work with them on getting the engine replaced (106k miles). I then began saving my money but by December 2025, my dealership closed (Genesis Alpha Romero-Fiat). With no where to go (but with lots of cash saved), I checked around and contacted Golling Alfa Romeo Fiat, but they never responded back to me. I was in a bind until I receive a mailing from Kozak in March 2026. They were nicely located in-between my home and my employer so on 28 April, my car was handed over to them. I could not be more grateful and happier with their workmanship and services (and I've worked in automotive). My car now has a new engine, new AC and cooling system, new suspension system, new struts and additional components and my car runs perfectly. My car was completed the last week of May, but I had their collision shop (Distinctive Collision Repair; Alexis - Service Provider) do some minor repair work on a fender, so technically I got my car back on 19 June. Now the car looks brand new and it drives and runs perfect. Update: On 27 June I had to drive to Grand Rapids, so this was a perfect time for the test-drive. The engine performed perfectly with excellent acceleration and the gas mileage was much better than expected, and the new suspension was stiff but smooth. The money spent was worth it ($15k). It is more cost-efficient than buying a new vehicle ($30k-50k), and a new "used" vehicle typically has 100k miles on the engine ($15k). The cost was worth every cent versus the cost of a new / used car.

The first interaction was fine I called and spoke to a nice woman she was helpful and gave me information I needed to get started since I had Progressive Insurance. WORD TO THE WISE *** Any collision shop will have longer times with Progressive then other companies this isn't the Collision shops fault *** Once I completed what was needed with Progressive I went in to have them look over the car and give me an estimate on completion. The employee stated 2 weeks without any hiccups I stated that was WAY quicker then Gerber Collision and Glass was (4-6 weeks+) I signed paperwork and then returned a week later to drop my car off I had 1 item I was paying for 1 item my insurance company was paying for.... Here comes the issues - During the WHOLE entire process, I only received text updates on my portion never a single time did the company call me and update me on the other portion. During the process I had to call them for updates and times when it would be complete... Never did they call and update me. - The process went from 2 weeks to 6.5 weeks of waiting. Their response was "Progressive needed to come back on site, and look it over again" I was told they have someone onsite which would imply they were working there. - I noticed my gas was running lower over the long period that I was there, I looked at the maps and it seemed that someone took my car for 11 miles to a residential neighborhood for about 30 mins. - Once I was finally told the car was ready we looked it over... There was a bunch of residue/spots on the trunk and the side panel/molding by my tire was scratched up which was not part of the original issue. When I approached the employee about these issues he took the car back and stated the following "The residue was from Maple Syrup or Pine Tree, we tried to get the scratches out but the tech ended up spraying your paint with the chemical and it burned through the paint so that needs to be fixed now" After all this I had to wait another week for the car to be fixed again - I once again had to call and request when it was ready to be picked up.. This time speaking to the manager/boss, I stated should I be good to go or will I fine more issues? "No issues you will be good" The morning I was to go I called and said I'd be picking up in several hours the manager/boss said ok I'll get it cleaned up. - Arriving to pick up 2 new issues were found since the last time I arrived (Some kind of mark on my trunk and the tail light had scuffs) Once again I had to approach the manager/boss he stated "Take it with you, we will come and get it and fix it and bring it back to you" Fast forward another week they take it back fix the issues and brought it back looking as it should no other problems were found... I spoke to the manager about my problem and this is what he said.. about the multiple issues above and the whole overall issue - "When it comes to the Progressive onsite employee he travels from one location to another and when we needed him he was also on vacation so it took longer so your time frame went from 2 weeks till were we are at right now which is a little over 1 month" - "We normally always contact our customers with updates, what I assume is your option wasn't marked with updates from Progressive only your out of pocket payment was marked in our system to contact you with updates, we normally always contact not sure what happened" - "The car was taken to our calibration shop which was out on 20 mile and something, the guys house is off of 11 and Gratiot they needed to ride the car so it can reset the sensors you have a lot" - "The residue on the trunk I'm unsure what that was, the scratches I'm not pointing fingers on who did this and I'm not calling my techs out." (This issue I went back and forth with him because he was blaming me for this that the issue came in like this, I told him you can check your photos and mine the scratches were not there at time of drop off.. after this he kept quiet) When asked with all my troubles and issues and lies I was give what can you guys do.... He came back with $50 off my bill for my troubles.... I said from the great reviews and the word of mouth on the place you cannot do anything better "Haha what you want me to do here I'm giving you money off". The next day I called to schedule the pickup he stated he knocked another $60 off (I assume he looked at the damage on my car and saw I wasn't the one) I will NEVER recommend or even offer anything to anyone that is in need of repair to go to this place. If you're not in a rush have zero interest in customer service, want to be blamed for you doing the damage after you pick it up in the parking lot the by all means go here... I should have stuck with Gerber Glass and Collusion!!

From perfect body lines to flawlessly matched paint and all the way up until the finish where you guys detailed my entire car inside and out. Dave got me into a rental car free of charge, and had the whole job finished in 5 business days. Their communication about every issue was amazing and I cannot thank you all enough for relieving my stress and getting me back on the road!

    I have a 2016 ford escape that needed a new transmission so I was recommended this shop. Even tho I…read moredidn't have a collision job, I was quoted a pretty decent price for a brand new transmission so I had my car dropped off on April 29. I finally got it back yesterday on June 9. They kept making up excuses as to why it took so long to replace the transmission until finally 7 days ago they said I could pick it up. $4400 later and the RPM was running high and my car was making a weird noise. Then my car started leaking fluid and eventually it shut down because the engine was too hot. So I had to get it to towed back to collision collision. Turns out the mechanic told someone at the shop that they did give me my car back way too soon. They kept telling me they were test driving it but the mechanic never did test drive it. The whole experience was a complete nightmare and the worst professional experience I've ever had in my life. And to end it all, I was trying to call the shop to see if my car was ready yesterday but Damien kept hanging up when I called. He just yelled THEYRE REPLACING THE TURBO YOUR CAR WILL BE READY TO PICK UP AT 1 and hung up. And kept hanging up when I was calling back. Don't fucking bother with this place.
