I had a sudden severe hearing loss on a Saturday. On Mon I was referred by my PC doc to ENT Dr. B. She got me in on emergency appt 2 days later. Though she was unable to do much for me physically herself, she immediately referred me to another ENT who specializes more in my problem. That doc also got me in very quickly for emergency. Don't know yet how my results will turn out, but I've been been extremely grateful for all of the attention I'm getting, which has been every bit as good as reasonably possible to expect. This doctor minimized my complaint and didn't suggest any testing. More or less said what I was experiencing was normal. I dont agree and will be seeking a second opinion. read more

ZERO STARS. This doctor has the worst office practice I've ever dealt with. You make an appointment, show up on time, and then you wait. You wait some more. And then you wait even more. We have routinely waited about 1 hour after every appointment time before being seen. We showed up today for a 10:15 AM appointment, on-time, and there were already 2 people ahead of us waiting to be seen. We now sit here, still waiting, at 11:00 AM, and there are 5 people behind us, who will all wait about an hour or more to be seen. read more

You know how there are C-, D students that just barely make it through school, but somehow pass? I think this is the case with this doctor. No one wanted such a terrible doctor in their practice, so she opened her own. This is the WORST doctor I have ever seen in my entire 39 years of life. She will make you wait for over 2 hours to be seen. First in the outside waiting room for an hour, then in the actual room for another hour, as you listen to children in other rooms scream out in agony as if she is torturing them. When she finally came into my room, she was extremely rude and did not listen to what I told her. Then, she claimed that I did not say something that I did, which caused me to walk out of the appt. I will NEVER go there again, and I do not think anyone should. She is a terrible doctor, with a terrible bedside manner. Also, my pcp read her clinic note to me later on and she lied in the note. Absolutely awful. Not trustworthy or reliable. Not truthful or punctual. Not caring or compassionate. Like I said, she is THE WORST. If you are looking for an ENT, Dr Woods and Dr. Kelley are in the same building. They are excellent, as well as Advanced ENT, if you don't mind the drive. Steer clear from this one. read more
