The front office staff has always been kind and even funny at times. The nursing staff goes above and beyond. Very personable and professional. The physicians I've seen, both male & female have taken good care of us. There is a NP that seems a bit pushy and always in a rush. I believe her initials are PD. The other providers have always taken their time and answered all my questions. Their triage nurses are attentive and efficient. They use to have a few amazing ultra-sound techs, the last one I saw was nice but seemed annoyed & in a rush. Not the best social skills. This is where my daughters went for their first GYN appts. We all know how nerve racking that is. One of my daughters has extenuating circumstances that makes a visit like this the ultimate challenge. Her provider was made aware and the first visit was with clothes on and in her office. She was soft, empathetic, listened and offered options to make my daughter feel safe. My other daughter had a totally different exp. She saw the NP mentioned above. She felt strong armed into making decisions on the spot. I was not in the room and able to advocate for her. This visit traumatized her and she hasn't been back. But as I said I have had nothing but excellent care by everyone else over the years. It has been a few years but my fav providers are Dr.S, Dr.M, Dr.T, Dr.K and Dr.B. ***Parking can be an issue. Hard to find a spot in the garage at times (get there early) & expensive. I wish they validated parking. Overall - I highly recommend!

I called to schedule an appointment for a chronic orthopedic pain issue--something that is ongoing and significantly impacts my quality of life--and instead of receiving even basic assistance, I was met with condescension and dismissive behavior. The staff acted as though my concerns were an inconvenience rather than a legitimate medical need. They refused to properly assist me in scheduling and offered no guidance, alternatives, or solutions. There was zero empathy, zero professionalism, and absolutely no sense of patient care. For a medical office, especially one dealing with orthopedic issues, this level of disrespect and lack of support is unacceptable. Patients dealing with chronic pain should not have to fight just to be heard or to book an appointment. I would strongly caution others before attempting to seek care here. The way patients are treated at the first point of contact says everything--and in this case, it's not good.

Dr. Romano put veneers on my bottom teeth that have slipped off several times. sometimes they broke so I'd have to pay for a new one. this happened more times than I can count. This caused me a lot of anxiety and money. Dr. Romano always seemed to hurry through my work. I just had a one veneer replaced a couple of months ago and have to have it put back on by another dentist because I have zero confidence at this point. I feel like I paid for high end cosmetic dentistry and was treated like I was an annoyance. When I requested my dental records be sent to my new dentist, all they sent were my x-rays. Wonder why.

Dr. Brown did my second surgery back in late August (although it seems like yesterday). He was very good at telling me exactly what was happening. He kept me in the loop and explained everything in simple terms. He answered any questions my Mom and I had. After my surgery was done, he went out and talked to my Mom and explained what happened. He also didn't seem to mind me talking about my cats. When I went in for my post-op appointment a week later, he asked me about them. I also feel like Dr. Brown's thorough and cares about me. I think he felt bad for me when I told him how 2 of my cats kind of acted like punks after my surgery. One of them knocked my glasses case off of my nightstand the night of my surgery. When I bent over to pick them up the next morning, I had pain bending over. One of my other cats jumped on me when I was in bed and stepped on one of my incisions. I plan on seeing Dr. Brown for my yearly exams from now on. I went in yesterday for another post-op exam. He asked me about my cats again. I was a little emotional talking about one of them, Mac, who got really sick last year and passed away. He treated me with dignity, respect, kindness and like a human. I feel lucky.
