I called to schedule an appointment for a chronic orthopedic pain issue--something that is ongoing and significantly impacts my quality of life--and instead of receiving even basic assistance, I was met with condescension and dismissive behavior. The staff acted as though my concerns were an inconvenience rather than a legitimate medical need. They refused to properly assist me in scheduling and offered no guidance, alternatives, or solutions. There was zero empathy, zero professionalism, and absolutely no sense of patient care. For a medical office, especially one dealing with orthopedic issues, this level of disrespect and lack of support is unacceptable. Patients dealing with chronic pain should not have to fight just to be heard or to book an appointment. I would strongly caution others before attempting to seek care here. The way patients are treated at the first point of contact says everything--and in this case, it's not good.

Went to SOS Liverpool to finally address elbow pain I have had for years. They did xrays and…read moresomehow stated there was a spur when it is obvious if you just felt the elbow that there is a piece of bone or something moving around. I explained that I have tried medication and PT already and nothing has worked. So what the response....medication and PT drills. Humored them and did them and returned for the next check up months later. Had a 10:10 appt. and was brought into the tiny room then and proceeded to wait for 40 minutes. Nobody came to check, nobody to inform me they were running late...nothing. Got up and walked out. This place doesn't give a crap about patients, just billing insurances. Don't ever go here would be my recommendation..

I would rate my experience with Dr. Weinstein's office as two star for the following reasons:…read more 1) They didn't have a time available for about four weeks out from when I called 2) They rescheduled an appointment we made within two weeks of the date 3) They made my appointment at a different location than my original location without letting me know (a location a half hour farther away) 4) They do not take calls during the normal lunch hour (12-1pm) and about ten minutes before or after, making it hard for a person working a normal job to speak with someone. I drove out to their office, an hour drive round trip, twice because of miscommunications about rescheduling and the location of the appointment. I was not able to make it into an appoint from Oct to Dec of 2014 and decided to move onto another doctors office because of it. I have had no issues with any other doctor I go to (dentist, primary care, etc) like I have with this one. I can only speak to the schedule and service part of their business, but regarding those I would not recommend this doctor's office.
