Emailed them to get a consult on my case. I received an email in response and we had set a time to talk over the phone to discuss my case. Our phone call time rolled around and I didn't get a call. I emailed again to set another time and didn't receive a response for a few days. We set another time to talk over the phone. After I had been forgotten about multiple times, I decided they did not value my case since they kept putting me off. I gave 2 stars because maybe this is something that is out of the ordinary.
