Worst law firm I've dealt with, the end results where horrible because of the horrible state doctor they use. This took way longer than it should've. They would never answer my emails or texts. I hired this office and the paralegal service is horrible. They don't answer your calls, emails, texts, etc. And when they do, they have a bad attitude. They took my case to the very end, without getting me medical or financial treatment even though the case was in my favor and the workers' comp approval was ordered by a judge. Really hate to be that cliche yelp review, but if I could give one star I'd be damned if I didn't. To preface, I just found this forgotten review as a draft from 2018 and am now completing it in 2021, that's how strongly I feel about my experience with this business. I'm sure the actual attorney, Jarod Parker, is a very intelligent and capable lawyer. This review however is for his extremely incompetent paralegals and case managers. Initially, I was quite impressed by the level of professionalism and detail demonstrated by his paralegal Edgar Renteria. At the initial meeting I felt very secure and that I would be taken care of. Shortly after I started to experience the reality of how this firm chooses to handle their clients. That is, not at all. Edgar never responded to a single email I sent detailing my questions and concerns. I was always speaking to someone different when I would finally receive a phone call from someone after 3 weeks of silence (either Aide or Nuvia) and really never got any answers to my questions. I honestly don't think my case was that important to them and probably wouldn't be as profitable hence the radio silence and lack of care for what I was going through. My experience started with a paralegal that went to my home. It took Parker Law 8 MONTHS to contact me in regards to my case. They also literally notified me of my deposition date that same morning!! I was never able to get a live person in regards to my case. Every time I was able to speak to someone it was their BAD receptionist Karina.
