The dryers actually get an entire load of clothes dry for $0.50!!!! Even better, this place is close enough to our place to walk over with the laundry! I was promptly met AT MY CAR by a Wagners employee who immediately asked if I was coming to her place of business or if I was going next door. Seriously? I told her I was doing both and she quickly and rudely responded with, "you can't park here if you are going to eat next door". What?!?!? "I can't park here if I'm doing business with you and then going next door?" I asked. "Nope" she responded. Well then, I guess I will not be doing business with you today or EVER for that matter. How does a place like this even stay open with service like that? I immediately got back in my car, moved 2 spaces closer to the pancake house and WILL NEVER be back to Wagners Cleaners. The woman that approached me at the front was sweet but some angry woman from the back kept barking remarks. "Our alterations are sent out!" "Our seamstress is 2 weeks behind!" "are you expecting it right away cause we can't do that and that's what everyone wants". I wanted a dress shirt altered for sometime...any time...doesn't matter just whenever. "Do you know how to pin it?" She barked at me. I did not, "sorry can't help" by the way this was not a language barrier...just that rude and obnoxious.
