If you have a question about your items they want you to call their dry cleaning facility....WHAT?!?!?!?! Customer service is horrible...was back 3 times to pick up my item (purse) and each time it was either not ready, still being cleaned or when I did go get it and it was done it was worse than when I had dropped it off...the colors had bleed into each other. The manager (Heather) told me that they were "fixing" my mistake of cleaning it at home....WHAT?!?!?! I did not drop it off to be fixed I dropped it off to be cleaned. We had them repair a couch cushion of our that the zipper was broken on in the move. It took 2 weeks longer than we were told it would and it came back in worse shape than we dropped it off. The zupper was still broken but in a different color. The owner contacted me today just to talk to me like I was stupid to know they don't know what they are doing. He told me they had to replace the zipper three times because of how difficult it was and the tailor told me she replaced it twice so someone is lying. He offered no solution to the problem only to return the pillow in the sad condition she put it in. I told him she shouldn't have done the work if she couldn't do it and he gave a vague and ridiculious response. He said we got a deal because of how cheap she did the work in the first place. It's not a deal when it cost more to fix her crappy work than it would have taking it to someone competent enough to do the job right in the first place. I wouldn't wish this place on anyone. They are lucky this is a small town with limit option otherwise they would be out of business.
