When I told them I came to them for repair and I didn't try to fix them and glue them as he insuinuated. I was then told , oh then maybe one of your family members glued them then! I was basically called a liar and treated with disrespect and a horrible attitude. After I became upset with how the situation was handled by him, I was told to never come back. These are the biggest crooks in New York!!! I brought two…read moreTag Heuer sunglasses for them to repair. Both sunglasses had the same issue. The noise bridge was broken. The first time I spoke to the owner he said that the cost will be $20 each to repair. And then they called me the next day to say that it will be $70 each instead of $20 because he needed two parts instead of one which is not true I only needed one part each. I had no choice at this point so I told them to get the job done. Over two weeks later they called me and said it was done. When I went to pick up and pay they said I owed a total of $210 which comes out to $105 each which is $35 more each than what they told me. And when I asked questions the lady had no answers for me and the owner was hiding in the back. I will never go to these guys ever again!!!
