Turns out there is a violation code on her title. Sunrise Roofing never had the final inspections done on the roof. So now we are currently at Shasta County Building Permit Center paying a total of just under $550 to get them to come out and inspect the roof and cancel the violation and her closing for her refinancing of the home is pushed out until all of this is taken care of. I have tried calling Sunrise Roofing multiple times to talk to them about this and they have not answered.

Jeff and his crew removed all the moss growth on the roof, cleaned the debris that was creating a dam in the valley flashing, inspected and repaired what needed repairing on the roof and even cleaned out the gutters. I asked for a quote to replace the roof, and being in construction my entire career, I was dismayed when they went out to their truck and came back with a number written on the back of their business card. No materials specified, no questions I had were adequately answered, see attached business card quote. Id never accept this as a valid quote. I spoke with the office today (owner's wife, also says she was owner) and she talked over me, wouldn't listen, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this company for anything. She said she pulled two guys off a job and drove 2 hours to get to Redding from Red Bluff (?) And I told her then she should not have taken the job.
