One of the replaced stones fell out of the ring, and after bringing it back to Samuels, I was told that, to replace only one stone, I would have to pay $85, and my previous business at the establishment was simply disregarded. It's upsetting that my fiancée and I were lead to buy these rings, being promised up and down that we would receive the best customer service possible. This doesn't seem like great customer service to me.

She answered all of our questions clearly and didn't try to upsell us, or divide and conquer like so many sales people try to do when making this kind of sale. Her tone was friendly, professional and patient even though we were in the store looking for about two hours. We ended up purchasing a 2 carat wedding band set that my fiancée is crazy about. My fiancée left much more educated about diamonds and white gold, and I left knowing exactly how the warranty works and what policies sets Samuels jewelers apart from the other jewelry chains.
