I've always been very satisfied, until today. I picked up several watches that I had dropped off for battery changes, several of the same watches that have had batteries changed there before. Not once did the owner ever express having difficulty changing the batteries until this time. Then he charged me what I considered an outrageous amount in the process for 9 watches. I never thought to get an estimate first since I'd had happy results in the past. I'm so disgusted I could cry. Especially when another jeweler in town changes watch batteries for free.
