I contacted SVP after our real estate agent said it would be 2+ weeks before his photographer could fit us in. SVP responded with in hours and was able to schedule for the next day. The beautiful, fully edited photos were delivered the following day. They were able to provide a stunning "twilight" shot even though they came at 10:30 in the morning. (Yay for mad Photoshop skills!) Side note: our agent took his own not-awesome photos and posted on MLS. I'm attaching a comparison. That said, Union Visuals handled the situation very well and immediately replaced the photographer. They also had no problem complying with COVID protocols. As far as the photography itself, Oleg was our photographer and you could tell he was trying hard to do a good job. He showed up early to set up and did not charge us for that time. The pictures came out great and he and his assistant were very personable and easy to work with. He provided us a USB stick with our video and photographs on the timetable he provided at the beginning of our agreement. We had a pleasant experience and would recommend him!
