I just bought a new house and this place has been dangerous for me when it comes to shopping! There are just too many things for fantastic prices and I cannot resist a good deal! However, the layout is very bizarre and almost feels like a temporary staging area despite it being a permanent store. And a lot of the sections are completely picked over and have totally empty shelves. It's very, very weird and I keep waiting for it to be resolved yet it just seems like this location is not a priority for Burlington. Perhaps they put more effort and merchandise solely into the Montgomery and San Mateo location and just keep this as a back up location. It also says this store is in Corrales when it is located in Albuquerque. read more

I was my first time in Albuquerque Burlington, as I came in they gave a good night and wellcome me in. At the store I was able to find what I was looking for. I requested the manager for a personal reason, she came and aske how she can help in a professional way and cordia. The store was clean orgnized and all employee are cordia. The only think I was disapointed was the amount of items for sale, very limited them I was told it is a new store and they will start to receive truck load 2 times poer week. It's because their lack of of customer service that I did not receive and then they accuse me of trying to steal clothes. When I was having a 13-year-old try on a dress in the restroom which was already open in the first place which then I felt like a criminal All I was trying to do is get an autistic child a dress for her homecoming which was only 2 days away and I wasn't going to buy all those stupid clothes and then return them. This is ridiculous and unsatisfactory. At the store by dicks and five below .. All the workers take every single hello kitty blanket , bratz, carebears etc.. and DO NOT LEAVE one for any customers. On July 13th I went to the Burlington on Central and Atrisco in Albuquerque New Mexico I have never ever seen a place so dirty and disorganized I couldn't even get my cart through I had to keep moving items out of the way clothes are on the floor sheets were on the floor kitchen items plates cups the whole store was trashed that is not the first time I have seen this with Burlington. YOUR store has gotten so bad I will never go back there again and so many people were complaining it's pretty bad when you can't even move your cart because your items that were supposed to be on the shelf were on the floor and I mean every single Shelf was so BAD. Went to the new location next to dicks by cottonwood mall. The store itself is clean and looks nice as it just opened so that was nice, this was the only thing I enjoyed shopping here thou. I was very disappointed they got rid of all the sports stuff, this was the main reason I used to shop here cause you could find really cool sports apparel for really good prices but now I have no reason to shop here. This BCF is a solid place to shop. I was asked if I was finding everything by two separate employees. That's pretty legit if you ask me. This place has way more items then I expected. Not only do they have coats but they have clothing, pet supplies, baby accesories such as strollers, high chairs, etc and bedding just to name a few. I purchased a fisher price toddler iPad cover for $9.99. This item is sold at buy buy baby for $34.99. For the most part this place is organized. It truly is a huge location. I like it much better than the location at San Mateo and Montgomery. It is much cleaner and the employees are friendlier. All in all give burlington coat factory a try. read more

Terrible staffing? Staff are confused and unable to answer simple questions. With covid-19, there are lines due to decreased capacity which is understanding. But what I don't understand is how these staff don't know how to count. 6 people come out of the store but the staff lets 1 person in? Clearly the staff do not know how to count or are not paying attention. Other than that, the store is often messy even though half of the store is blocked due to lack of inventory. The new location is 3 times smaller than the old one. The selection is very limited compared to before. There was barley any home decor, or seasonal decor except a few pillows, and men's clothing was a joke. I was shocked how a wear house store that used to have a huge selection of everything you could possibly need, has turned into a Ross like store with such a limited selection that I just walked out without purchasing anything. When I lived in Virginia, I practically LIVED at BCF, and bought almost all of my clothing there. I was able to find good-quality clothing at a terrific price and was able to fill up my closet for a lot less money than I would at Macy's or elsewhere. I'm not so enamored of the current incarnation of BCF. They have morphed into a coat/clothing/baby/home/shoe/jewelry/everything-but-the-kitchen-sink factory and, unfortunately, they aren't doing all of it very well. It has gotten to the point where the only things I will buy at BCF are sunglasses and the occasional pair of slacks. Where, 15 years ago, I was able to find a pair of fully-lined Bill Blass wool slacks for under $20, now I'm finding not-very-good jeans and polyester. I've gone looking for wool slacks several times and it seems that either (1) no one is making them any longer or (2) BCF just isn't buying them. I truly have never seen such a disappointing collection of junky clothing anywhere--except maybe at a Goodwill store. I am so disappointed that BCF has sunk to the level it has. read more

I went in to buy a dress shirt and left very disappointed. I shop at one in Phoenix and it has a huge selection compared to this on. They barely had one rack of my size, the one in Phoenix has 4 racks in my size. The staff was not very helpful, not one of them said anything to me, not even a smile. Whatever you do....don't use the in house tailor. He's the worst! He is by appointment only during a set of hours that he doesn't honor. He'll make the appointment....but he won't KEEP the appointment. He's not even apologetic about his terrible scheduling. When I called from the store at the time of my appointment to find out why he wasn't there he said I could take my business elsewhere. No problem! I'll do that from now on! read more

This location has a limited amount of home items compared to the location off Montgomery. Aisles are somewhat disorganized and last time I was there the handicapped dressing room was "closed".... which I think is not ADA compliant. Half the store is empty with nothing in the racks so I'm hoping they are in the process of including more inventory? Dingy lighting and ghetto carts are expected here. read more

The women working the dressing room are so rude. They were snickering and making rude comments when I went to try on a shirt. When I confronted them one laughed and the other rolled her eyes.
