The service i received from them was outstanding!! They made me feel like family. When I first walked in the furniture section of the Backstage Dept., looking for assistance in purchasing an item, I encountered one guy that told me politely, sorry he's on break, then I met Erik, that seemed like he was already busy doing something BUT ERIK STOPPED AND ASKED ME IF I NEEDED HELP! Erik proceeded to help me, even went and got the supervisor, Tracey, to further assist me!!! Erik went on to finish what he was previously doing but would return to check on me. Erik left me in the hands of a wonderful PATIENT COMPASSIONATE AND UNDERSTANDING human, TRACEY!! I explained to her everything that I was looking for and she went to searching for me and adding numbers to help me make the best decision!! We spent hours, Lord bless them both!!!
