Dark at night.. but the staff is very welcoming, the line was quick and i found exactly what i wanted. When im in Houston ill go back.

Sadly could not do a review without setting at least a star. My issue this time was that right at the entrance there was a guy's stealing some shoes and I think a backpack no security just a cashier trying to stop him tha5 was dangerous. My biggest issue was with a cashier name Damaris register 6 on Monday afternoon after 3 pm. I was in line waiting for register but there was a couple behind me that got out of line to look at the gift bags. Well y hen it was turn to go to the register and verses Damaris paying attention who was next as I was walking to the register the sort of screamed at me telling me not to jump the line that the other couple was next when I explained what happened she did not care she said it again so I got upset and said fine take them but I was before them they are looking at bags you should pay attention and look at the cameras and I was just upset she got an attitude after that and mine was bad already train your employees to pay attention read more

This place is great place to find reasonable priced items, but more cashiers are needed to process customers.

Today I went to this Burlington around 10 am, for starters the trash cans were overflowing with trash around the doors. The cashier gave me horrible service and bad attitude, when I asked her something about a damaged coat it seemed like she intentionally tried the very least to help. On top of that she saw there was an obvious long line of people waiting to pay and she flat out tried her best to work as slow as humanly possible to keep the line from moving. I just visit the Burlington store 01159, on Gessner and I10. The worst experience ever. Just imagine one cashier with two customers on his register for 30 mins. Manager comes up front sees there's 20 people in line and walks away. He doesn't even call for another cashier until I make a ruckus. I was upset but not cussing And the manager had the nerve to tell me to keep my voice down when he was in the wrong. And then he told me to get out of his store and have a nice day. read more

This was the best Burlington I've been to so far out here in Texas. They have a Big & Tall section for men. And a big selection at that. read more

Came in during the holiday season, so selection was not too eye friendly. My attempt on this visit was to find a backpack for work. The store has moved its merchandise around, so I wandered around the store at least 15-20 minutes trying to find the luggage department because the handbags area by the door had no sign of backpacks. I finally found a sizable selection by the fitting rooms in the middle of the store when I was about to give up and leave. I found the selection overpriced and not meeting my needs, but I tried on a few just to see if they were comfortable. They just didn't hit the mark as far as looks and price. Decided to pass on the purchase. Upon me leaving the fitting room trying on backpacks, I saw the luggage area towards the back of the store, Decided to take a look. I did find a separate selection of backpacks, and almost made a purchase, but again, the style and price just didn't do it for me. In my experience, BCF can be a deal finder, but you have to be willing to sift through the rubbish to find gold. You have to choose when you go as well. It is with these factors that I must give it three stars--could be better, could be worse. read more

Honestly this is a nice one compared to others I have visited , it's a huge store so they have a huge selection on whatever it is that you're looking for and they have alot of help so even if you're last in a long line , expect no more than 10 minutes only thing I would like to see slowly but gradual are the brands being put together Nike with Nike in a section or all on 1 rack Bebe with Bebe or addidas with addidas and not just all thrown together because then it's kinda hard to put an outfit together. But besides for the that this is a good Burlington to go to for whatever the occasion is that you're trying to dress for or if for household items like deodorant or razors , they're much cheaper here. read more

I hadn't been here in years probably, but its the only store closest to me with baby items (they have a baby depot in store... Huge baby selection). I needed a baby co sleeper quick, so hubby stopped in and found one with no problems. Staff is pretty helpful. Our baby didnt last 5 mins in it, so i boxed it right up for a return. Just like a man, he lost the receipt. I didn't know the return policy: you have to have the receipt or the CC used to purchase the item to return/exchange. I had neither, as he paid with cash. Who doesn't just give you store credit anyway?? I pleaded with the cashier, who kindly asked the manager if she could return for me... She obliged. I ended up buying $100 worth if stuff that day so it's a good thing they did =) In a pinch, I'll be back for baby stuff. They also had tons of cute men's, women's, and kids clothes, shoes, toys... I don't need the store to be in perfect condition. In reality we all know that doesn't happen anymore. This is the ONLY store that carries 7X which is what my giant 6'8" husband wears. I'd love it if they had a better selection of clothes and shoes for him. Size 15 shoes are nearly impossible to find. If anyone knows a better place to shop for big/tall men in Houston or Vegas please let me know. read more

I travel throughout Texas and this is one of the best burlingtons around...I never walk out empty handed...staff is also always friendly... Five stars... read more
