How do we catergorize Marshalls??? Its like another version of Ross, but with more name brands, right? So point #1: dont go to Marshalls looking for Ross prices. Youll be a little disappointed! So for example, a pair of leggings at Ross are way cheaper, but point #2 the quality of the merchandise will probably be better at Marshalls versus Ross. This Marshalls was quite organized and didnt have the clearance racks way in the back or mixed up with the regular price racks. Only drawback I see at Marshalls is the sizes available. Even when I was smaller is size, I found it pretty hard to find an adequate selection of clothing past the double digits (i.e. 10, 12). The average women wears a size 12 supposedly, so youd think the selection would reflect the consumer's needs. Most of the clothing I found that was worth looking at were size small. The rest in larger sizes...questionable is taste. I wouldnt wear, so I wouldnt buy it. As a result, most of my visits into Marshalls have been for accessories and luggage gear. If you want to peruse the aisles for deals, feel free. Lines usually move pretty fast and I love that they have a sign at the register line that tells customers which register is open to ring them up versus the cashier yelling out that he/she is open like we're at the DMV! read more

This morning a cashier basically refused to sell the stuff to my mom because she had "no change", and I mean bills not just coins. She did not bother to call management to get her some change or anything. When I go there to pay with my card, she said she had already called the next customer with a very rude tone. I was literally in the next register already finish paying so it took less than a minute. I really don't know what was her issue because we were never rude to her for her to give an attitude to us. I love this Marshalls. It is always so neat and clean and everything is where it is supposed to be and they also have the best selection for accessories and chairs etc for your place. Staff is always helpful and great.. I usually HATE WITH A PASSION stores of this nature because of all the madness just to find something but I must say this Marshalls never lets me down. read more

It's Marshall's, and they are all pretty much the same and this one is about par for the course. I do like coming here, mainly because it is so close to home. This store is always clean and fairly organized, but lately it seems the variety of brands and styles is becoming more limited. They have a super small dress selection, but a large shoe area. I often find good deals in the housewares clearance isle, but otherwise I can't say this store is much better than any of the others all over town. read more

It is a Marshalls. You know what you are going to get overall. This store is sometimes very well put together and other times seems they do not have anyone working the floor. Hit or miss. But I still come here :) read more

Oh Marshall's, you can never do me wrong. I went looking for some accessories for a dress and ended up finding exactly what I needed and an additional cocktail dress. All for less than 30 bucks! This Marshall's just opened about two weeks ago and is very neat and organized. It's not as big as other Marshall's I've been to but it suffices! The line was amazingly short... maybe because it was recently opened. However one thing I do not like is that I ALWAYS leave having bought something. Arrived at 10:30 on a beautiful Sat morning. I've been wanting to visit but could never find the right time. Not too busy. More clothes than home goods - the Home Goods on 1960 in my area is bigger & better for home accessories. No one in line but I still had to wait until the cashier finished sweeping before she signaled her light. It's new so it was very clean. read more

This Marshall location is one of the best I've ever shopped at and I've shopped at many. The store coordinator, Maha D, is so cordial and so helpful as well as the other store employees. The employees are professionally dressed, the store is clean and organized and one that I always brag about while shopping there. Myself, as well as my daughter, will travel over the BW toll bridge from Pasadena to shop there verses the Fairmont location which is 1/2 a mile from my house. This location is messy, not friendly or helpful. When I asked an employee there to help, she was kind enough to go look... but was then scolded in Spanish for helping by a superior. Wish I had gotten her name...I know I can, she's always there...Well anyway, thank you Maha D for having such an awesome store to shop at. This experience at the Wallisville location is just not a one time thing. This location has been 5 Star since it opened. Thank you and Merry Christmas to you all. read more
