This Store has rude employee. a mexican lady asked a white lady dressed like she just came out of jersey shore something simple and she responded in a very rude way "I Don't Speak Spanish". If you work at a store where a lot of Mexicans go, at least be nice to someone who doesn't speak English. This looked very bad for the stores reputation. read more

rude, very rude not only to customers but their employees aswell. i was hired in September and i never got hours that i was promised, they never have people scheduled ever and the store is always super packed. they also do not schedule people so the corporation makes more money. they dont care about their employees or customers. Bianca is the main manager there, she is the worst manager i have ever had. she made me cry in front of a customer because the customer said thank you before i got the chance to thank them. she yelled and screamed in my face multiple times. i am traumatized and i hope no one ever gets to experience something like this ever. read more

If I could give a zero star rating I would. My first time coming to this place since I am not from around here. I came once and asked if we can use the fitting room she said oh I have all this stuff to do up here and I have to leave in a bit and calls someone and they said no fitting rooms are close at 7. So then I went another day at 6 and when ask to use the fitting room once again they call and said it's closed and when I ask to speak to the manager Erin I told her they told me you guys close at 7 and now I'm here and it's still not open. She said well I'm short staff but then I see 2 other people just stocking and they can't assist with the fitting room and she said no if I let you then it's everyone I have to let in and we close them at 5. This is terrible service and I've had way better service at other Burlington. I'm never coming here again! read more

This is actually a fairly decent location. Most Burlington's I've been to are a mess. But this location is a lot quieter so it seems like the staff are able to keep up with the flow of consumers. Like most discount stores though, people like to open up products and try them before buying, so be cautious with that. In general though, the staff are decently friendly. I've been there several times now and have noticed that they do not restock super often. But you can occasionally find really neat things that you would spend a lot for elsewhere! read more

I went back to do some basic shirt-shopping and look for shoes. The staff was fairly rude and was standing around talking the entire 30 minutes I was browsing through the area when there were clothes all over the ground. Check out here has always been a headache, but it seems like in order to consolidate it you're now required to wait in a maze-like switchback filled with impulse buys while waiting for a TV to say 'Check out available at register x.' Bought a nice belt, wallet & sunglasses and got out for under $30.00. Pretty reasonable I think. Store fairly clean and 2 of the 3 ladies that I dealt with were congenial. I know that it's hit and miss at these stores, but the selection of men's cologne and socks were lacking at the time of my visit. Worth a short trip. read more

As a previous reviewer posted, yes, this place has a huge assortment of cheap, tacky clothes. It has in turn attracted a huge assortment of cheap, tacky people. Sunday afternoons are awesome if you want to people watch, because you will find the worst stereotypes of every kind of person imaginable. Cashiers are not always attentive nor customer service oriented. Avoid the weekends and your experience will be less painful. That aside, during the week is the best time to go, as the staff can be more helpful during that time. On the weekends, forget about it. Expect to wait in line and listen to the cashiers talk about their drunken escapades while paying little to no attention to the customers. Expect to have customers in front of you in line argue about prices, your line unexpectedly shut down, and cashiers shifted from check-out to check-out. The only saving grace to this store is you can find a lot of awesome bargains, and their baby section is the best in town. Need a crib or stroller? This is the place to go. Or, want some trashy lingerie tried on by at least a dozen disease-ridden girls? How about the ugliest possible hooker shoes imaginable? BURLINGTON! The "great prices" don't matter because you literally cannot find anything since everything is tossed everywhere. The employees are no where to be found and the few times I was able to find something to buy I waited 15+ minutes in line since only one or two registers were open. As an employee of BCF for 7 years I can only say: Give your children a nap or feed them before going shopping. If you knock something off the rack pick it up. The store is never this messy when I arrive in the morning, I don't spend all day throwing merchandise on the floor for you to complain. I have no interest in translating to english your needs. If you can't find what you need, don't say the store has a crappy selection, admit you're a picky shopper. Don't buy something, wear it and try to return it smelling like last nights date and then throw a fit because we won't take it and give you your money back. WE ARE NOT NORSTROMS ! Sorry to say we had a bad first experience this week but decided to try again but no, same bad experience. Besides the store being a mess which we were forewarned, the clerks there just don't seem to want their jobs... no one could really help us locate items and cashier Cinthia gave the best answers. After scanning our items, we asked her to confirm we were charged the correct price. She gave us the eye and turned sideways and said she doesn't know what the price is, she just works there. We asked if she could look at the receipt to see the price and she said no, she doesn't do the pricing, she just scans. After calculating it ourselves we figured we we charged correctly. Burlington coat factory is a scam! I bought what i thought was an authentic GUESS Purse...and it turns out its a complete fake! I found the purse only on a bootlegger website! It resembles a real GUESS bag very well. I found out it was fake because i tried selling it online and it got taken down for being a fake. I could have got into a lot of trouble! This store has turned into an amazing place to find great treasures! It has been cleaned up so much in the past year that I was astounded! Not to mention I always literally get checkout with a smile now! I would recommend Burlington over Ross any day! I like all the discounts but the changing table in the ladies restroom is super loose!! I told a worker like 2 months ago about it and recommended that she let her GM that it needed to be switched out or fixed but it still hasn't been fixed ! This place is a fricken mess, clothes everywhere through out the store as people including their staff have no common curiosity by putting things back in its proper place!!! Its just GROSS! Stood in a long line for 45 minutes for just two items, while there was only 4 registers opened, no manager on hand helping to asset any concerns or even running a register. If you want to go to a store where it's crazy hard to find anything then this is your place! I seriously CAN'T believe how messy this store is. I always wonder what in the heck the employees there are doing because clearly they are not doing their job. At all. No one offers you help, employees just walk by or are standing around talking. Everytime I have gone in, there have been clothes ALL over the floor, if you have a shopping cart then it's going to get stuck on the clothes and hangers. Employees just always walk by the messes and never pick up anything. It's kind of sad because I don't even work there but yet I find myself actually picking up clothes and other items and putting them back or organizing just because it bothers me so much. Can't forget to mention the shoe department. It's the trashiest (see photo I posted) everything is out of place, boxes and shoes all over the floor and you basically can't find anything. A lady even said to me "how are you supposed to find anything with shit all over the place?" I just can't understand how a store can be that ridiculousy messy and get away with it, I thought managers wanted stores to be presentable and organized so people will want to come back.
