My first and only complaint about the place was that it was hard for me to find. It sits on the corner with a couple of other buildings and it's a very busy area and their signage was not clear to me so I passed it a couple of times before realizing exactly where it was. It wasn't immediately apparent that there was parking in the back either. Once we figured that out, it's all good from there. Magnolia & Fig provides a light and pleasant space to shop for clothing, accessories, and other knickknacks. We were greeted warmly by the attendant, and she gives us the option to browse or asked us if we were looking for something specific. Once we told her what my friend was looking for and her size, the attendant got right to work, pulling dresses for her to try from the racks. We were brought eight or 10 different dresses to try in a small but nicely decorated fitting area. The two employees worked together to bring us outfits to try, giving us space and time to try each one, but giving opinions and thoughts, when asked to. They were very kind patient and efficient. They were sensitive to the needs of my friend as related to her disability without talking down to her or making her feel out of place. It was a very positive experience and we found the perfect dress for my friend's event. In the store, you will find lots of ladies clothing options in addition to some jewelry, hats, shoes and even pretty things for the home. I think my friend paid about $150 for the gorgeous dress and the earrings that she purchased. We would both recommend Magnolia & Fig for a fun boutique experience and a nice selection of clothing to choose from.

And I love how Six Sisters has expanded into consignment as well. There was a fun mix of more expensive, new items and some great condition, used clothes as well. They range from casual to formal -- I even saw a few bathing suits. Six Sixters had a full range of sizes. There were several great Derby dresses to choose from, plus Six Sisters is selling several fascinators to go with them. Add in the great accessories and shoes, and you can come away with a whole look! My SIL bought several items while we were there. The clerk was helpful, and overall, it was such a delightful shopping experience. I'm excited to go back!

A few items on the front lawn caught our attention and once walking through the door, I was excited to see how large the space was inside. The store is a collection of clothing, jewelry, purses and other accessories. You'll also get to roam an entire section of home decor items, a few plants, and some personal items like soaps or oils. I really appreciated the clothing offered various sizes - although from a vintage style, most available (everywhere) will be in smaller sizes. Still, I find myself not feeling included at other stores so this will keep me coming back to shop. Of our group, funny enough my husband was most excited to be there. He left with a hat and a couple of decor items for his office. While my son and I shopped we could hear him engaging with the ladies at the front of the store. The trip was a success! We'll be back!

One of the reasons why I took away 2 stars from my last visit. This location is in a shopping center in Valley Station, in where a Target store used to be. There is an abundance of parking available as well. I go in and of course go to the handbag section and of course there is very little selection. Also the shoes were disorganized and some were even in the middle of the floor. There were almost no employees around to assist if you needed to find anything. I go to the clothing section and there isn't much there either. I did find a shirt I like at a reasonable price and that's about it. Checking out wasn't much better either. You stand in a line and when you're up, the screen will instruct you on which register to go to. Out of 7 registers only 2 were open for the massive line that was behind me. After all this time I'm surprised corporate hasn't stepped in and made some changes. If they saw the way that store looked when I visited they would probably hire new management and get that store back to the way it was. Until then, I won't come back to a store with management that doesn't care about the place. I hate to be a negative Nancy but, I'm about keeping my fellow Yelpers informed.

Bought a couple things but they closed before I was done so I came back the next day to try on some of the items I didn't around to. As I'm attempting to check out the second day, the girl at the front desk accuses me of having "extra hangers" and tells me to leave before I can even make my purchases. I had not taken anything, I didn't even have a bag on me and all I was wearing was a tshirt and leggings. literally turned out my pockets for this nasty ass employee and showed her that I had not done anything, was actually actively trying to BUY things from her (for the second time) but she accused me of shoplifting repeatedly purely on the basis of me having "extra hangers". poorly run, employees are rude as hell, if they're that worried about shoplifters they should put an item limit on the door and not just go off of whether you have extra hangers. Literally an insane experience. Left crying because I had the audacity to try on multiple items. Spend your money elsewhere.

Most things were color coordinated, which made it a lot more relaxing for me to peruse through the racks and find things easier. Their prices are moderate, but you can find some good steals on their sale racks. Reaallly cute clothes too! I'll definitely be back whenever I am in the area again.
