This location has been severely downsized, probably due to the pandemic. The store is chaotic due to the short staff. However, I was able to find an item under $3.50 so that I would be able to use up my little bit of store credit that was left. Large store that is neatly divided into Mens, Womens, Activewear, Boys, Girls, Housewares. Prices are surprisingly reasonable. I spotted a couple of dress shirts in a name brand that were only $14. That's a great price. Stuff hanging from the hangars was hit or miss. Not quite as well organized with sizes a little scattered. Some merchandise on the floor, some shelving needing some serious effort by the staff. But if you're just looking for inexpensive clothes and not minding the condition of the fixtures, you're good. read more

They said call later, I did, he was busy and would call back... still no call. I don't want to work there. This is one of the dirtiest stores that I have been into in quite a while! Most all the clothes have stains from hitting the floor, because the carpet and hard flooring is so filthy!! Things have certainly changed since the last time I was here and the appearance has gone downhill very fast. Management must not care!?? read more

Pretty decent store. They get insanely busy on the weekends. They do have a large selection of items and some really good name brands. I came here to get a few things and all were pretty good quality. I was looking for a backpack for my sister in law for school and I found a Jansport one for only $15 when they are usually almost $40! We didn't wait long at all during checkout. One good thing is that they take your number so that way if you lose your receipt, they will be able to find it with your number. Overall, good store with some random good finds. read more

I stopped into this store, because I arrived an hour early to an appointment in the area so I had time to kill. The store is unorganized and dirty (bathroom is filthy, carpet is stained, walls and racks look old and grimy). This is not a high-end or even mediocre-end retail experience .... it's the Wal-Mart of department stores. They have jewelry, shoes, clothing, and home decor items. The selection is vast, but this is a place you're going to have to dig to find what you're looking for. They don't have many brand name items, but there are a few hidden gems - I saw Coach, Tahari, Nike, and Michael Kors on my visit today. For someone who is willing to really search in pursuit of a deal, this is the place for you. read more

I go to this location at-most twice a year and each visit, nothing ever changes with this place. The inventory is always super outdated and unorganized. It's very overwhelming when you walk into a store and just see items thrown all over the floor and racks. It's near impossible to find anything you're looking for, it's just a matter of luck with this place. After the amount of time you spend scavenging the racks, the checkout line is always a mile long. It took us an hour of waiting in line just to get checked out. The workers are very friendly so I'll give this store credit for that. read more

I decided to stop by Burlington's just to waste some time until an event. I was able to find some nice dress shoes & their cosmetic section was nice & organized which is rare at some places. Their overall selection was decent but one things is for sure their loss prevention team is lacking. I'm writing this after I have just witnessed a man fill a basket with shoes then casually walk out the door -- obviously not his first time doing this. As the alarm beeped he continued on out the door as if nothing was wrong. The one cashier who was checking out called the loss prevention person & informed him what had happened. About time he made it to the front the guy was long gone, crazy thing is he didn't even go outside to check he walked passed the doors to another worker & carried on a conversation. Then came back & asked what did the guy take & what did he look like. After I was checked out & on my way to my car I then see loss prevention outside looking for the guy, who was probably clear across town by then. Retail gets hit on a daily basis but there should ALWAYS be more than one loss prevention person in a store at any given time. While their focused on paying less wages they are getting hit on the bottom line with people stealing as if it's just the thing to do. Personally, Burlington's is too cheap to be stealing from in the first place but that's just my OPINION! Hopefully corporate starts to make better decisions & get better security. No little baskets for example. Only big baskets with poles to prevent them from going outside. Ultimately, Burlington's is one of my go to stores regardless. read more

Its been YEARS since I visited this location. I was highly disappointed in seeing how disorganized this store was. Moreover, the carpets looked beyond dirty. While did find some great deals, I had no clue the pain that awaited me in the checkout line. The line was about 7 customers long and moved slower than a snail's pace. There was only one register open on a Sunday afternoon and eventually opened another register twenty minutes into my wait. Upon arriving home, I realized that they forgot to remove a security sensor. I will have to return when they hopefully have no wait in their lines to remove said sensor. read more

First time visiting Burlington, and it will be my last time. I didn't know what to expect, but the condition of the store was abysmal. Shabby carpets, some patched up with duct tape. At least the gray duct tape matched the motif of the carpet, otherwise I would have given a one star rating. The racks were in disarray, giving the impression that no effort was being made to organize any section of the store. I suppose they were too busy putting down duct tape to bother tidying up the place. I've seen homeless encampments in better condition than Burlington. read more

Bargain Shopper Heaven. I went in here and had a ball, i'm sure hubby didn't like that bill. lolol. I got 2 pairs of shoes, clothes, baby gear and some home decor. I saw so many things I want to go back and get for Christmas gifts. They have something for everyone in the family and I still need to get gifts for my mom and sister so I shall return. I don't typically go out of my way to shop here, but from time to time I will stop in when I am in the neighborhood. I feel like discount or bargain stores like Burlington Coat Factory are a hit or miss. Sometimes you luck out with incredible stuff and other times, you miss out. I've never lucked out here. I give most stores that I see potential the rule of 5's... You miss a truck of new goodies, you're between seasons, etc. BCF, well, let's just say I've walked in 5 times and never bought anything... Not once. I think the big reason I've come away with nothing is the store set-up. it's so crammed and so messy. Bad store planning for the lay-out and inconsiderate shoppers who make a disgusting mess. I did give an extra star for the staff. They've always been friendly and helpful, which always means a lot to me. I'd rather go anywhere else but BCF - Check the sale racks at Belk or head to Ross before you consider here. read more

Over all it's a nice big store. However, they don't seem to have that much in extra small or even small sizes while having much more selection in medium and large sizes. After finding our selections and making our way to the front we had an encounter with the manager (I assume) who made us feel very uncomfortable with her unwelcoming attitude. We were trying on a sweater when she came up to us saying we couldn't try it on (due to COVID) and proceeded to take it from us and hang it back up and told us we should've hung it up ourselves. Granted it was almost closing but I don't feel there is any need to be hostile to your customers, unless they are rude or unruly. Once we got to check out the staff were really friendly but seemed tense and frazzled. Probably just a long day for them but I didn't leave with the best feeling. After shopping for hours, i came to pay and use my burlington gift card as a partial payment and the rest on my card, cashier told me the gift card system is down and she tried to call the manager and the manager told me sorry the gift card is down. I have been shopping at this store since 2005. It has really changed over the years. Initially, when it had the "coats" it was the place to go. It was neat, organized, and well maintained. I loved shopping here. The shoe selections were awesome!!! That seems a lifetime ago. Now, I go there mainly to see their jewelry selection, which I might add has "changed" as well. After wearing earrings/necklace, that's it. So the quality is NOT 100% sometimes even for costume jewelry. This store COULD BE and DO BETTER!!! Its in a great location, easy in/out; has a wide selection of everything for the family. Have the night shift do a little organization, that's all it needs....and more CASHIERS!!!! read more
