The fast-paced workout was great for targeting different areas of the body and I found was very doable as it changes frequently, as opposed to a typical hot Pilates class when you feel like you can't do another set when there's 15 seconds left. It's a constant movement and I enjoyed that. I also loved that the weights were located at the deck, with ranges of weight depending on how hard you want to push. And there were two types of resistance bands to choose from right there with you. It was easy to hear and see the instructor and she was encouraging throughout. Overall I love how quick the workout was and I truly do feel like it was a whole body workout, and doable for everyone no matter how hard or easy you want to make it for yourself.

The Monon Community Center is amazing in so many ways. I love the variety of the gym equipment available, even though I mostly only use the ellipticals. I love the knowledgeable instructors who teach the yoga classes; some of these people have had such an impact in my life. I love the friendly people behind the counter who are supremely helpful and kind every day. This is a peaceful and clean and welcoming gym for everyone. It's a play to get healthy and stay healthy physically and mentally.
