He came back tired and happy but I wasn't able to get any sort of feedback when I picked him up, was only told that he did well. I booked him in again for boarding this past weekend and when I showed up to drop him off I was greeted by one of the staff quite negatively. The first thing she said is that my puppy is not fixed, which they have on record, and that our stay was not recorded in the system but she does see it in the book. She then go on to ask whether he has been evaluated and the other staff there says my dog has been in before and she knows him. I was then told that if he humps too much and aggressive then he can't stay for the weekend. I didn't think it will be a problem since he goes to daycare regularly and has not been aggressive at all, have lots of doggy friends and very loving and sweet with human. Fast forward 3 hours later, as I drove into the ferry terminal on a work trip, I get a phone call to come and pick up the dog because he was humping everything and is causing issues. Luckily I had family that helped out. I strongly feel it was a prejudice of my dog rather than how he behaved. If he truly was humping everything he would have done that all this week when he went back to his normal daycare and that has not happened.

The stuff is incredibly friendly and professional, always aware of what is happening with my dog. The price is similar to other places in the area BUT they are open till 7pm! which is a huge benefit for anyone who is working. There are also packages you can by for 10+ visits that cut down on price. Will definitely continue to use it regularly and recommend to friends. Thank you, Woof team!

Shaved her, even though I had a conversation with the owner Milena prior to grooming- Milena had told me that my puppy wouldn't be shaved because of the fact that she is too little and young and the fact that she just had her spay done. Yet my pup got shaved very short and blotchy - she is shaking till this day. CHLOE also cut her eye lash off and her ears are uneven!!! And when I called to complain they said I needed to come in for the refund- please note that the groomer CHLOE was not empathetic at this time and all she said was "I didn't see it" and when asked about her lashes she said "I thought it curled down". Still this is no excuse!!! So I went in for the refund and spoke with CHLOE face to face. She had the audacity to say "well, I was being sweared at" well, no shit, you made my first puppy bleed because of your fucking negligence, and kept saying that she had an rbf as well as a resting bitch tone........... I find this unacceptable. I posted on my Instagram and found out that CHLOE also did some other bad work on other pups and reacted the same way. They offered me to come back to get her groomed by the owner, but I'm too jaded to go back as my pup is already traumatized by that place. When I said my dog is traumatized and shivering, they offered me a little sweater for her, which was a nice gesture, but somehow this aggravated me even more, as if offering me free things would make this all better... It's infuriating, the fact that the groomer really didn't take ownership of what happened. Like, how could you or did you not know? Because CHLOE took less than 2 hrs to groom my pup. Had she taken her time, she could have avoided this whole thing. Maybe that's why the dog I saw on the way out did not want to go into this place.

There are no formal policies for deposits, refunds, or cancellations--everything seems to change on a whim. Payments are demanded at random times and arbitrary dates, and the owner routinely contradicts herself depending on the situation. Ruby tragically passed away a week before our scheduled August stay, for which I had prepaid $800 in full. Despite the circumstances, Harman only offered a partial refund and has spent more than two months giving one excuse after another for why the payment still hasn't been returned. To make matters worse, in another Yelp response she herself stated that her policy is to refund clients if a trip is canceled--yet she refused to do the same for me after my young dog had just died. What started as a place I trusted to care for Ruby has turned into a deeply frustrating and disheartening experience. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic empathy is astounding. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

He recommended surgery which went well I suppose but when I picked her up her ear was still bleeding (no bandages were put on the many, many stitches needed), they said it heals faster without. I returned 2 weeks later to have the stitches removed - NIGHTMARE- I guess my dog was moving too much so they gave her a sedative and told me to return in 2 hours. My dog was still reluctant to have them removed, the vet gave up and let the assistant/receptionist (she had to leave a couple times to answer the phone) do it and asked that I assist as well. I have no idea where he went. We managed to get some of the stitches out but when she sliced the inside of my dogs ear and was asking me pin her on her side and hold her legs down and I could see my dog in great distress and struggling to get free scared to death. I said "this isn't working". I was told my dog was too stressed out to remove the remaining stitches and I was to take her home and take the remaining stitches out myself. She was literally shaking from stress. I asked if there was any aftercare? or follow up and she wasn't sure, I do not think so, I got the strong impression she just wanted me to leave, I asked to speak with the vet but she said she didn't know where he was. I left with my dogs ear bleeding from her slicing it and went home and cleaned and bandaged up best I could. The next night I removed the remaining stitches. The swelling came back & all I could think of was I put my dog through so much trauma and stress and for what? Not to mention a hefty vet bill. There was no follow up phone call to see if she was ok? No nothing. The vet acted like he was either scared of my dog or didn't like dogs period. I took her to another vet and gratefully the swelling isn't as bad and said the body will re-absorb the blood in a couple months; gave me some antibiotics to help with any infection that might arise. Central Park Animal hospital is the worst, who lets their assistant remove stitches, makes you leave with your dog bleeding and tells you to remove the stitches yourself. Horrible take your pet somewhere else.

"Dr. Sidhu Sidhu and his staff are wonderful. My Shiba was not doing so well and thanks to the team at Central Park animal hospital my dog has been feeling a lot better. Dr. Sidhu always recommends what is most needed for the treatment in priority and provides quotes on every procedure that needs to be done in the current moment. He genuinely cares for your pet as if they are his own. You can tell through his interaction with his staff that his clinic provides a safe environment for your pet. Also, when my dog needed a procedure done, even though their day was fully booked with appointments, Dr. Sidhu took in my dog for treatment right away because it was needed as soon as possible. He also took the time to follow-up daily on how my dog was doing noting any changes in behaviours and recommended what the next step would be."

The previous place I was taking him was great except for the horrible stench, which I just couldn't deal with anymore. Pup Culture is in a great location as far as its proximity to my office, which is what I was looking for. Plus, they are open until 7pm, which is perfect - I work long hours and a 6pm closing time just doesn't cut it for me. My little guy (Maltese) perks up in the car when he knows we're getting close to Pup Culture and he literally lunges on his leash to get inside. All of the girls (I didn't see any guys, so not sure if there are any) who work there are super friendly and I can tell they genuinely enjoy being around the dogs. Whenever I need a daycare for my fur-baby, I will be going back to this place, without a doubt. There are dogs of different sizes there and they all seem to love it. They also offer grooming services, which i haven't tried, but will update my review once I've had a chance to get my dog's hair cut here. Keep up the great work! :o)
