The pies are my favouroite especially the steak and kidney, its so tasty. The pastry they use id the best I have had and no soggyness either. They are all made and baked fresh in the shop. The only problem I would say is the parking but if you park at the haslam park near by its only a one min walk.

Again I can only reiterate what I said on a previous review that this business is the reason I live! OK, a little extreme but Greggs does save the day when I need something light to eat and something that is cheap as well. So go here it is great!

They do lovely fresh bread baked on the premises so the whole place naturally smells lovely. I would say that there isn't always an awesome range of cakes in there, but there's always a good selection, from cream cakes to doughnuts, so you'll never leave empty handed! Worth a visit.

The quality of my latte was fine, I did find the coffee to be not as strong, and a little too milky/creamy... but this can be common with Greggs. First impressions were of a really cool place to hangout (seating for about 20), with an atmosphere and decor that wouldn't be out of place in the Northern Quarter or Didsbury. I got chatting to the girl behind the counter who was very knowledgable of their product range and after myself umming, arrhing and probably over thinking it went for their pie of the week - the pulled chicken balti pie. At £3 for a pie that you'd definitely need to share it was super tasty from first to last bite (lots of meat, good range of veg and a lovely crusty pie case) and good value along with it. I can't wait to go back and try their standard range of pies, see what their next pie of the week is and even give the Stockport pie a go - basically posh meat and potato! Stockport needs more places like LOTP - here's hoping it's the first of many to arrive on the scene.

My personal favourite are the bacon baps (served till 11am) - £1.75 for a bap and you can get a hot drink with it for £2 - what a bargain and the bacon bap always tastes amazing (it is usually while hungover when I get this in so that's probably why it also tastes so amazing - it's my salvation!)

The meat pies are to die for one, definitely one of the best around. All their product are reasonably priced and all the foods are very tasty. There are quite a few staff working behind the counter so you don't normally have to wait long to be served. The staff are also very happy and friendly often giving away free pieces of cake with you order. It is a fantastic place to pop in to for your dinner on your lunch hour. Highly recommend.
