A HUGE WARNING. I never give negative reviews or warnings against companies BUT as a consumer this is egregious and others need to be fair warned. Burns Kitchen and Flooring- stay far far away from them. I spent approximately $11k for new cabinets (not including the labor and all the other expenses) and it has been a nightmare. Stephanie- the kitchen designer and Derek the owner are extremely rude! No customer service. Blame the customer for everything. Talks nasty and rude and condescending to them (It is on recording!). The final straw was that the install was to happen and 30 minutes prior to Derek the owner calls and says they are not doing the work and that we can come get the cabinets. So after waiting weeks for them TO FINALLY get the cabinets installed they have left me high and dry. Simply stating that they don't see this going well and that I can find someone else to do the install. When I asked for all my money back because why would I want 11k worth of cabinets from a company who I don't trust and has proven to be shady, rude, and not very reputable---I was told nope they are custom order. You can come get them and have someone else put them in. So now, if I have any issues with the cabinets, who am I supposed to turn to? The company who treats their customers like shit? The company who breaks promises and does't fulfill orders? The company who doesn't stand behind their work? The company who doesn't value their reputation or customer service? Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this company! Use a company who values their customers, honors their agreements, provides great service, values their reputation. As a business owner this is insane to me. I can never imagine treating my customers like this! Beware! Choose a different company. read more

I used this company to remodel my master bath. At first everything was great. They came in a started off like fireworks. Then the nightmare began. I understand delays happen and that would not have been a problem IF they had communicated with me and the contractors. They double booked the construction contractor and the plumber to be here at the same time. Both could not work in the same space. So the plumber had to come back. Then when the tile guy was working the sent the construction contractor back out at the same time. I was assured they could work together, but that was a lie. The construction contractor left. One day they said no one was going to be here and I booked a tee time to play golf. That morning the tile guy showed up to work, so I lost my money on the pre-paid tee time. When the tile guy was working in the shower, I learned they had not ordered enough tile to finish the shower. So that was another delay. Then when the tile guy was laying the floor tile, guess what, they didnt have enough tile for that either. As an after thought I decided to put up stack stone on one wall. I measured the wall and bought the tile. Guess what I dont do this for a living and yet somehow I managed to get enough tile for the wall! They tell you they will lay down plastic to protect the floors (which they did, once, and left the same plastic on the floor for 3 1/2 weeks), but it didnt do any good at all. My house was a mess. I had to sweep, mop, vacuum my wood floors afterwards 5 times to get them to look normal and I still think I can see film on the floor. So after all was said and done, there were two pieces of tile left that needed to be placed. A week after they were to have ordered the tile I called to check on it. The foreman didnt know what I was talking about when I called. When he finally did recall the job, he said the tile guy would be out the next day to finish the job. So if I had not called them who knows when they would have finished the work! The next day before the tile guy even began his work, the foreman called and wanted to do a final walkthrough and get the final payment! So they put me off and put me off, but when it comes time to get paid they are on the phone asking for it before the guy is even through with the job!!!!! The contractors themselves did a good job, when they could actually work. I would hire them again, independently. But the company itself is a complete and utter disaster. They said they would make it right on me losing money on my tee time, they did not. All they had were excuses and apologies for the delays and scheduling fiascos. I gave them a 1 star rating because there was nothing lower. Trust me when I say, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! read more
