Since my regular GYN doc moved deep into another borough, he suggested I see Dr. Eng, right n the same building. I went to make an appointment, and as it was the end of the day with no more appointments, I was able to be seen right then and there. The staff is knowledgable and super friendly. I was nervous not knowing what to expect and what type of personality she would have. When she walked through that door she had a kind and pleasant manner. She apologized for running late. Which wasn't more then a half hour. I thought that was ok compared to other visits when you're waiting over an hour. She explained everything. Answered all my questions and was patient when she had to repeat herself 3× of something I couldn't comprehend. She made me feel comfortable. My thought and experience with her was great!!
