We stopped and immediately got pricing, and we were able to see the difference in the gravels inside there store which was so handy. Plus, you could see the pricing differences. We were able to get set-up on delivery and they came out at the time promised and worked with my husband to unload the dump truck in a couple spots instead of a big pile. So, that was so helpful. We ended up buying more and just made a call and they showed up once again as promised. The owner even was the driver which feels good to help someone local. If we re-do our landscape, I would stop there to get a quote. I would highly recommend giving this company a try despite the other comments. The gentleman we initially met at their yard gave a tour of all the trees in his golf cart, asked us several questions about what we were replacing, and what we thought we would like to replace it with. He stopped frequently to identify the different trees, provide all the pros and cons of each variety, whether they were particularly suitable for where we live, etc. We didn't feel rushed, he was exceptionally pleasant, and was happy to answer all our questions. When we decided what type of tree we wanted, we were handed a flag, picked out the exact tree we liked best, and they delivered it in a matter of days. Their crew was friendly and efficient, and for a reasonable fee, cut down and removed the dead tree. They were finished in no time, and left the yard looking better than when they arrived. They only asked for payment when the old tree was gone, the new tree was planted, staked, watered, and we were 100% satisfied with their work. I really didn't think this level of customer service existed anymore. Go see them. You won't regret it.

The wonderful woman and her fabulous staff saved the day for my son and family! My son graduated early to which we are very proud and he was going back to walk the stage with his class. So we had no idea that this was the year graduation gowns completely changed. We thought we were on top of things having a cap and gown from last year. Thursday the day before graduation at rehearsal he learned the gowns had changed. The color was wrong, the type of material was wrong, and the new gowns had LV beautifully embroidered on them. My son immediately called saying he wasn't going to be able to walk the stage the very next night! He's cap and gown was wrong and they wouldn't let him on the field if he didn't match everyone else. Of course he was disappointed and upset. We had family coming in from out of state for this. So mom to the rescue right! I got on the phone and googled every place I could think of. I even ordered two cap and gown sets from Amazon to be delivered that day. When they came in they were just like what we already had from last year! I called my husband crying telling him the news that only one I found was wouldn't be here till graduation day.....the very next day. I called Bard Crafts Designs Embroidery in a nervous hysterical panic! The owner calmly told me that they would be able to help. All I heard was she was a Super Hero with a team of magicians that did miracles daily. I thank her, cried some more, and might have offered my soul as payment which I was sure was going to be astronomical for an emergency like this. The shop called three maybe four hours before he had to be back at the High School to let us know we could pick up our miracle! It was perfect and when the angelic woman behind the counter told me the price I was SHOCKED! It was less than what Amazon was asking and way less than what the company the school had was charging. I gladly paid and drove like a madman home. I made my son try it on in the doorway of our home. It fit perfectly! They did it! They saved my only child's graduation. We have lived here for over ten years and a lot of people have been standoffish of people they didn't grow up with. Small town kind of thing but this shop and the people who work here are simply amazing I really appreciate what they did for my son and us. I can't imagine what would have happened if not for them.
