Even though it was 2 years later, I called Jeff about the problem. He came out the next day to look at it. Anyone who tries to hire contractors knows how hard it is to get someone to call you back, but to have them come the next day is unheard of! Jeff is a standup guy who stands by his work and within 2 weeks it was fixed. (It only took that long because it's January and we had to wait for a break in the weather.) I was not charged for this repair. I highly recommend Jeff and his team because they warranty their work, even years later.
