How come you have a sign out front of your business that says you are the official NC inspection station and when my husband called and asked if they did the inspections they said, "Of course we do." Garage scheduler was combative and unprofessional when asked about the curious timing of a…read moredangerous mechanical failure that occurred while my vehicle was under repair for a different problem, and did not inform me that this life threatening failure had occurred before handing back the keys. He and a female manager there yelled at me for a very lengthy time in direct opposition to anything resembling acceptable customer service. If you have to get work done there, definitely do NOT question them about the nature of the vehicle's issue, and bring your own fan if you have to spend time in their waiting room during the summer, as there is neither air conditioning nor a fan for customers' comfort. Also check your brakes before your leave.
