Completely off the beaten path, middle of nowhere, someone else's property by mistake, mud, car on top of a stone, wheels spinning free, basically f.....ed. Carolina towing was amazing. They have sent their great crew with 2 wreck trucks. The 2 wheel drive didn't even attempted to go up there. The 4WD tried but it started spinning wheels on mud almost right away. They didn't give up and brought the truck all the way up the hill by hooking the whinch on trees and basically pulling their tow truck up the hill. Once up there, even more experience come into play and they hooked my car front tire to the whinch, around a tree and off she went, free and ready to come down. On top of that, the driver was threatening and hateful with me, telling me he was going to leave my car in the middle of a busy state road. My two-wheel drive Kia makes it up the driveway just fine, and I even offered him an alternative drop-off location less than two minutes from the original spot, but he refused. Instead, he left my car on the side of the road, not at the church like I asked. Now we're stuck figuring out how to get it home ourselves. Really unprofessional and disappointing experience. He was very rude.
