There are 7 cameras and they refused to help me at all... so I have to assume the cameras are fake or the employee was in on it. So-so. Staff are sociable and were helpful my first time there. They had cards that you load with credits. You can do that with a credit card which is a plus to me. I didn't pay attention to whether or not quarters were an option, as I don't like having to get cash, which I rarely carry, and change it to coins. There were a lot of machines, but the size of the place is deceptive because about 1/3 of the washers and 1/2 of the dryers are broken. This meant that even on a day when the place wasn't packed, I still had to watch like a hawk for a dryer because there just aren't enough for everyone. The employment with thin dark hair is extremely unprofessional, violent and rude I asked to use the bathroom and she said hold on so I waited 5 minutes and asked again she slammed the socks in her hand down on the laundry cart went to the door slammed it open so hard it hit the wall and everyone started watching so I asked "are you okay why are you mad" and she said "because that's my job" she pointed to the clothes and then said "this is not my job" gesturing the key in her hand yelling everyone is watching shes so loud and then threw the bathroom key at me I was so shocked it fell on the floor and everyone was watching me it was extremely humiliating I ask for the manager and she proceeded to scream "I am the manager" at me as I know she's not the manager and the police were called by another customer after watching the assault. read more

I spent $80 doing laundry here. My last load was a double load of all my whites. The machine broke, mid cycle and the door would not open. It was near closing time so the attendant had me write down my name and number and said they would fix the machine the next day, and dry my clothes and call me when they were ready to pick up. The next day, I didn't get a call and the day after no call. On the third day I called and was told they gave all my clothes away. "Sorry". It was all my white tops, about 15 tops, several white Sox and panties, pillowcases, sheets, towels, bras, etc. I figure it would cost me somewhere in the neighborhood of $400-$500 to replace everything, not to mention the $8.75 it cost me for the machine that broke. They won't put me in contact with the owner and they won't consider any form of reimbursement. Its a crime what they did to me. read more

They returned my clothing in a ripped garbage bag and lost my NEW canvas laundry bag and refused to help me. I've been going there for three years and NEVER brought my clothing in a garbage bag. read more

Although some of the employees are pleasant and helpful, the older lady there was extremely rude to my pregnant wife, refused to provide the information or the owner saying they're never there, and complaining that we were making big demands when we asked for our clothes to be returned in 4 days, despite their offering one-day turnaround. I would highly recommend against using this establisemt. read more

This used to be the best laundromat in Eureka, now whoever owns it obviously doesn't care about the state of the facility or the machines. The workers are kind and as helpful as they can be, but the new wifi payment system they put in is absolute garbage and works maybe 20% of the time. It took me 3 hours to do two loads on laundry because the "connection was lost" after 1 minute or more of "authorizing" using their own card. It didn't matter if I tried their system card, my debit card, or my credit card. In addition, a quarter of the dryers have "out of order" signs on them, and many more don't even produce heat on the highest setting. When I finally got a dryer to work I had my blankets drying for 20 minutes before it timed out and I went to pull them out and it was cold and they were obviously still wet! I let the worker know and she didn't put a sign up and didn't offer to reimburse or start another dryer for me, which they used to do when something didn't work properly. Lastly, the state of the facility is unfortunate. Many of the ceiling tiles are stained with leaks, the bathroom has no fan and has no changing table for babies (which I needed while I was there), and the floor in the whole place needs to be resurfaced. This has been my go-to laundromat for 30 years and I will be finding another. read more

We've been coming here every other week to do laundry. My roommate and I are respectful, quiet and do our laundry and leave. This afternoon the lady working the counter came outside and told my roommate that we come in every day to harass her. It was actually very unsettling. We gave her back the card and will never be coming back. I honestly can't believe she came out to harass customers who drop 80+ dollars every month to this business. My roommate looked like she wanted to cry. This is not ok. read more

Places to get laundry washed and folded are scarce in town. When I needed a ton of oversized bedding - comforters, blankets and sheets laundered and folded this was SO convenient and worth the money. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Gave me estimated cost/time beforehand. We spent well under $100 for about 3 sets of Cal King and Queen complete bedding sets. We were very thankful and we do recommend and trust this Laundromat! read more

The place is dirty. The washers didn't have hot water. The dryers don't heat and it's expensive.

My clothes were stolen here from the dryers while i was waiting in the parking lot to avoid the grimey facility, the owners son who looked higher than a 747 refused to show me the footage of the camera pointing directly at the dryer I was using. That and everyone seems to work is is either a current or past afficianado of meth use. Anyone who uses this place can attest to that. Just a heads up its tweaker city and watch your stuff. The owners could not care less about your grievances. read more

Been getting worse there. Majority of dryers breaking down. Every time I go I have to try and flag down an employee to start the dryer because they're not reading the cards. One employee told me to try and kick it to start it. Another time they told me not to kick it. Sometimes they know the machine doesn't work, but they don't even bother to put a note on it. So crazy frustrating. Using cards instead of coins creates more problems. They've had these bright shiny new dryers sitting there for many many months, but never bothered to connect them so they're just decoration. WTF. read more

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Tried to use my card on the machine, wouldn't work, so I was forced to spend a buck on the swipe card, only to find out that the machine wouldn't recognize my bank card (keep in mind my bank card is a Wells Fargo Visa card). When I asked the attendant (who was kind of pleasant), what I should do, I was told to go across the street to the ATM, where I would get a $3.5 withdrawal fee. When did it become so inconvenient to try to use a laundromat? Admittedly, I am complaining about small amounts of money but I work hard for said money, my soap was already in the machine, and the shrug response from the attendant sent me over. I support a woman who is developmentally disabled in Eureka. Every week she comes here to do laundry and every week we have trouble using the card they make you use for the machines. Most weeks the machines aren't working properly and I see the same older lady with long grey hair who works here refunding customers for the machine mix ups. This week I used the machines for my sleeping bag and as a first time customer myself I put $10 into the machine, got the card and used it in the washing machine. The machine took $6.50 off of my card to do the load but wouldn't start. When I asked the employee for help she accused me of using a different card :( I explained that I come here every week with my client to do laundry and that this is the first time I've done my personal laundry. She saw me put the money into the machine as I'd asked for her help because the machine wasn't liking my bill. I was told to sign a form stating that I owed them $6.50 for the machine (which I'd already paid) and she'd already reimbursed me the difference. I refused to sign the form and said that I was happy to talk to the manager or owner. I even asked for their number so I could contact them but she refused stating that they didn't give out that information. I'm now at the laundromat with a wet sleeping bag in the back of my car waiting for my clients load of laundry to dry so we can get out of here. The employee asked me not to come back and I explained that my client does laundry here every week (as the employee knows) and that meant that they would unfortunately be losing her business if I wasn't able to accompany her to do her laundry. Not bad for a laundromat in Eureka. The young Gothic lady working the morning shift was very helpful with figuring out the charge card machine. There are a variety of load size machines to use, which is nice if you're washing bedding. The price per load was reasonable. The facilities seemed decently clean, but very outdated--bordering on grungy. Lots of machines out of service. The crowd of customers was exactly what you would expect in Eureka: a mix of normal folks and a couple of mentally disable people yelling at themselves. Everyone needs clean laundry. :) They do offer free wifi, which is awesome if you're waiting on your laundry and bored. read more

Best laundromat in Eureka, possibly in Humboldt. Always clean, their open late, staff are friendly & helpful, there's lots of washers & dryers to choose from.. I've been doing my laundry here on & off for 20 yrs & I can't think of one bad experience I've had here. Highly recommended! read more

Came here in a pinch. On a road trip with my husband for 2 weeks and finally needed a place to laundry as the hotel we were at did not offer self laundry. My husband did the laundry while I was out on an errand. We came really early and the person on staff was great. She was knowledgeable about the load capacity of the different washers and showed us that you had to load a pay card to use their facilities. They also had wifi. What more can you ask for. read more

All the employees are very helpful and the place is imaculate. I have seen people give the girls that work there problems, but they can handle their own. Free coffee and WiFi and the music is wonderful with a little Latin Jazz to Country. The prices of the machines are very manageable and they are located next to a shoppng center. The woman working today is rude to customers and talks bad about them behind their back. She took my roommate's clothes out of the dryer, tried to say it was multiple loads even though there were much bigger loads in other dryers, then proceeded to GIVE the dryer we just put 45 minutes on to another customer. We have been regulars here for two years, but we will now be finding another laundromat after the employee started a scene and basically stole money from us to provide service to someone else. read more
