John was personable and helpful from the start. He also turned down an opportunity to upsell me when we faced a choice of color matching the surrounding walls and blending only around where his team patched or painting the entire wall - his team tried the blending at first instead of the more expensive entire wall approach, and it looks beautiful! His team was courteous and professional, working efficiently and quietly, cleaning up thoroughly each day, and protecting walls, floors, and fixtures well. His team also held themselves to a high standard of quality: when something they were reattaching had been screwed insecurely into the edge of drywall before, they used a piece of wood behind the edge of the drywall to make sure it screwed in securely.
