He even finished a day earlier than the quoted turnaround so I can make my hard deadline. Lexington painting did not sacrifice quality even with the short turn. The painting was smooth and even, and covered up the dark grey accent walls left by the previous owner. Even though it took more coats that originally quoted, Spiro did not charge me extra. Finally, the communication was excellent. Karen provided COIs and multiple SOWs quickly, and Spiro either texted or called to explain everything to ensure I was comfortable with the job. Would recommend this team in a heartbeat.

(Every other person we emailed for a quote did the same. None came to visit, and with COVID I was cool with that.) His quote was consistent with most of the other highly rated folk we reached out to for quotes. What set him apart was his clear emails with detailed pricing. It was clear that he knew painting was expensive, and people imagine doing everything at once and think of it as all-or-nothing. His pricing model showed it was some-at-a-time. (We did go all in though :) ) He was very responsive on email and answered questions from the mundane to the esoteric with patience and clarity. He came the day before the job was supposed to start to drop off supplies and map out everything that was should happen with me and his team. His team was great, polite, and professional. The speed and quality of the work was amazing. Everyone was happy to answer questions and explain what was happening. For me, the true test was with an accident that happened. Relatively minor, but Damian took full ownership and made it right without any discussion. That is how you do it. He gave great advice throughout the process, and respected what I needed. They were very patient with my wife and I as we took our time to choose the right colors and schedule the job around our unpredictable schedules. The first time we saw the room finished we were awe struck. It turned out 100 times better than we ever thought it could have. On top of that the team was very receptive to doing any and all small, detailed touchups that we requested. George even let us live with the room for a few days to make sure we were totally satisfied, and in that time, we realized that we wanted to redo the ceiling. He and his team came back the next week and re-did the ceiling in half a day and made sure we were happy with it. Everything looks great and there was nothing I had to clean up. They really did a professional job that I wish was the standard for anybody doing work. Also, he came in at the low end of estimates, so his prices are definitely reasonable. My only gripe is he said we are a little farther out than he would like to do again.
