Office staff kind of ignore you while waiting, can be difficult to get paperwork from and the wait time is significant for both in person and over the phone appointments...But again, you can usually get appointment within a week.

Receptionist leaves early so make sure to pre-book your appointments either by phone or get there early enough to see her before she leaves for the day. Staff is very supportive and take care of you. They provide all types of PT care and have several machines and tools to get you to your goal. They push you when you can and need pushing but are safe and very knowledgeable. When the doctor asks why I came to see him apparently " because I haven't seen a physician in 4 years and I just found out I have to leave the country in two days for a few months and I want to make sure I'm not dying" wasn't a very good excuse as his questions were " do you feel sick anywhere?" ..."no?" ..."Okay thank you for coming in" To convince them to even take simple blood test or anything at all being an incredulous uphill battle In again explaining,"I just want to make sure there is something wrong that's obvious" Not to mention their understanding in how schedules worked as the doctor felt that casually strolling in at 11:25am for a 10:15am appointment was perfectly acceptable. And when they did receive simple test result the day before I left the country their policy of disclosing the information to me is only possible with me coming back to the clinic as they cannot be discussed on the phone. Using the phrase "I understand you are leaving the country sir but if you can't find it in your schedule to come on in we can't tell you". (Not how schedules work) However it was acceptable for their practice to put the phone on hold and ask the doctor standing right beside them if it's okay to tell me anything at all, to where he was Insistent it is not possible to tell me if anything is wrong enough for me to need to come back in. Again, very friendly staff. But will not recommend and will not return.

They even do blood analysis and urine test here, so you don't have to drive somewhere else like other clinics just to get a blood analysis for your job or school. I needed to get 4 shots in one day, and this nurse gave it to me like I haven't felt anything. True professionals.

Dr. Baker did it on my first visit and it helped resolve some of my issues. You know you're at a good office when even the staff is happy & seem to love the doctor. Bedside manner from him and his staff is great. During your exam, Dr. Baker is focused on you & you wellbeing. Opening up the floor always for questions or to express concern. The only drawback is that receiving an appointment can be a hassle as he's popular and gets booked out. Upside to that is that you can always see one of his great PAs on staff.
